This is literally the worst Taco Bell location that I’ve ever experienced. It’s either always closed or something is causing a delay to receive your order.

Came in after the parade and needed the bathroom code for the kids and they rudely said that they were too busy. There was absolutely no one in the establishment but us. While awaiting our order the staff was loud and gossiping the entire time. Unfortunately the quality of the food was not great. The taco shells and nachos were stale and everything was cold.

I hate doing bad reviews, however, this place deserved it. I was unaware of the cashier's name as he did not have a name tag. Furthermore, he significantly mishandled my order. They mistakenly charged my card for another customer's order. Manager Samantha had to intervene to rectify the situation they created. Although I do not typically visit this Taco Bell, this will be my final visit due to their disorganization and the incorrect order I received, compounded by the uncertainty of what went wrong. Taco Bell, you are not effectively hiring dedicated employees. Additionally, it would be beneficial for you to hold a meeting with your staff to remind them that they never know when a customer like me might come in to review your establishment.
