I did a drive-thru order. The order was inaccurate, 2 items missing and the new Salted Carmel Churrios were excessively salty and only 3 come in the order, not enough value for money. The rest of the order was good.

Not going to Taco Bell anymore. The restaurant was empty, but my one-person order took forever. Why, I was waiting behind all these delivery orders that I didn't know were ahead of me. I'm not risking the long wait time again.

The food was thrown into the container like someone was rushing to get it out. It was cold, the nacho chips were stale, cheese was barely on the chips, and the slow roasted chicken tasted like it was cooked with some old seasoning. I order slow roasted chicken only and it had not tasted like this before. I'm not sure what was happening at this location, but I hope that it was just a bit of a rough day and things run smooth on a normal basis. I know hiccups happen but when you're handling food it's a different level of attentiveness, care, and consistency.

I was very disappointed with my order. Several items were missing, even though I was charged for them. The food I did receive was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and did not taste fresh. Some items were also made incorrectly and did not follow the order instructions. Overall, the quality and service did not meet expectations.

Did not put the correct things on my food. When I came back after leaving, they offered to give me the items on the side that were missing. At this point my nachos are soggy and not hot/warm… because I’ve been parked in the parking lot waiting for them to give me the sides for my food…… that I ordered 15 minutes ago.

The prices seem to have gone up and the quality seems to have gone down.
When I had a few questions regarding finding something on their electronic menu, the only thing I was told was to go use the kiosk. I won’t be coming back. ☹️

I’m glad I took a picture bcs I needed to transfer more funds to my Apple wallet I’m missing a burrito & my gordita crunch but I got a chalupa supreme NOT EVEN SUPREME im so mad bcs it’s late & they don’t answer there phones I’ll be back first thing in the morning for my refund overall the boy at the window was nice

Shame on this Taco bell I just went in to take my kids to the restroom ages 8 and 11 and they said I had to buy something to use the restroom I didn't mind buying anything but let me take my kids to the restroom first. This is what the world has come to.

It's your standard Taco Bell experience, haven't had a negative one yet from this location, and it's a great stop if I need something quick and don't want to cook.
Usually in and out in less than 7 minutes, the only crappy things so far has been the occasional sauce missing, or items not being substituted when asked.
