I don’t know who came into work sick on Thursday January 30th at 9pm for the night shift, or if things weren’t clean, but without a shadow of a doubt, me and my little sister got sick here and are STILL sick. Please wash your hands and disinfect things. No excuse.
They also forgot a few items which I paid for, but that’s small at this point, but also want to say.

Their customer service is REALLY bad, they skimp you on the meat and don't put any napkins, very stingy with the sauce also gave me the wrong sauce I asked for hot and Diablo and got mild, and refuses to stock the lobby with sauce, as a paying customer it's not worth spending your hard earned money here I definitely suggest another location.

I laways order online for drive thru pick up, and it is very clean and quick in the drive thru. The sign is got some damage so it's hard to read the menu. So order online maybe

Went there for a quick bite to eat at lunch yesterday ordered the blackbean crunchwrap Supreme and asked for extra blackbeans which is $2 extra. Barely got ANY blackbeans...Didn't have time to go back. Went there today after work order the same thing,Told the cashier Kimberly M about it as she has seen me here often because I work near by...She could not care less. No apologie, Not a single ounce of understanding of my frustration. When I pay for something specially when I pay EXTRA I expect it. Period. Bad attitude given to a regular customer. Not happy at all. Will have to go elsewhere.

Please add more cheese and beans to the taco please. The employees at this location have fun coloring their hair like for Halloween.
Vegetarian options: They are lean on ingredients. The employees seem to enjoy working there. They ladies were something colorful and appeared happy to work there
Got a party pack half soft half hard order came without soft I called and was told to come back for the soft tacos got there and I experienced the worst manager ever she depends the hard ones and the unbelievable amount of disrespect was definitely unacceptable Jess needs to be fired!!!

The Nacho Bell Grande looks nothing like it supposed to look. Skimpy on the ingredients and I ordered extra beef and if there was extra, I guess a half teaspoon is what counts as extra. All the chips looked like they came from the bottom of the bag and there was a burnt French fry. I didn’t take it back because I fear they may do something my food. I know it rarely happens, but I’d rather not take the chance. Do better!

Every time I order a cruchwrap supreme it has the smallest amount of ground beef. Like a teaspoon worth. I stopped coming here for a good 6 months because of it. At first I thought a new employee there was accidentally being skimpy. I just passed by recently and the cruchwraps are still being skimped out! Now I think that this is how management trains them to make it. Avoid this location. There's better value for your money out there.
