I rarely write reviews, but this particular Taco Bell location has reached an unacceptable level of incompetence and disregard for customers. At this point, it’s not just a one-time issue — it’s a consistent pattern of failure across multiple visits. I will not be spending another dollar here, and I strongly recommend others do the same.
Orders are repeatedly incorrect, food is served cold, items are missing, drink options are unavailable, and portion sizes are insulting — I was once served less than a teaspoon of meat in a chalupa. That is not a mistake; that’s a complete lack of standards and accountability.
Whether the problem stems from nonexistent management, untrained staff, or a total absence of quality control, the result is still the same: a location that treats paying customers with indifference. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment — this Taco Bell simply does not deserve your business.

It was my first time there with my co-workers/friends. It will be my last time going due to the behavior of other customers. As soon as we walked in we were verbally attacked by some lady talking about us; calling us out of our names; and even coming closer in proximity to us when she was originally leaving the restaurant when we were walking in. No employee told her to stop or to leave. Allowing your customers to be treated any old way drives them away. Also personally, it makes me lose my appetite for the food I am eating as well. For me to have a pleasurable dining experience, the food and the atmosphere need to be at least decent at a minimum and this location failed to provide both at the same time. I regret I wasted my nearly $7.00 at this establishment.

One thing I find a common thing at ALL TACO BELLS IS YOU SKIMP THE SOUR CREAM IT AINT EVEN A TEAR DROP IN THE BEEFY 5 layers 100% of the time.
