I ordered online and I showed them I paid and everything and they didnt give me my food because they couldn't find it. There was NO MANAGER present either. On top of that, the older man that was there was rude and shrugged his shoulders at me.

It was very clean and the staff was excellent. However, I was disappointed that when I paid (a lot) extra to have pico and guacamole added to my burritos they were smaller than the originals!

I ordered the soft potato tacos because I think they are super yummy. I decided to add steak(1.40) and cheese(1.00)to each taco. When opened the taco, it looked as if they gave me less potatoes after adding the steak. One taco only had like 3 pieces of potato.

I had to pay $3 for a water cup because the worker thought I was homeless or something. My car was at the shop and I forgot to stop at the store for water for me and my son extremely rude and disrespectful I didn't get her name she has glasses and works in the drive through window this happened at 5:50 pm I would love to talk to upper management about this. It's Arizona it's hot and no one should ever be refused water

I order 3 items. I only got 2. I ordered a cheesy roll up, a soft taco and a cheezy beefy burrito. Did not get the roll up. The soft taco was also cold when I got home which was barely 5 mins later. Ridiculous

First of all, every time I go through drive thru its SOOO FASTT! Like holy crap. Food ordered, food paid for, food received all in under 2 minutes. You can listen to the average song and get food before its finished. I order through DoorDash as well, food gets here in 7-10 minutes flat while I live 5 minutes away. These workers clearly work hard and are amazing. I cant recall a time they messed up my order either, while most food places around this area have messed my order up, Taco Bell ALWAYS pulls through. I love you guys, keep it up 😋😋🖤
