Don't know how you tell an employee you're picking up a mobile order and I'm waiting OVER 10 minutes. I had a drive thru order, the line was 10 cars long so I went inside because I'm not waiting in line when my order was clearly put in before anyone else in line, and my foods just gunna sit cold while I wait. So I go inside, tell them I'm have a mobile order in the drive thru. Some kid took note of it, so I'm like ok great. No I'm waiting 10 minutes inside ( put my order in 5 minutes before I even got there) and then I ask whats taking so long and they pull my food from the drive thru area. Like.... what are these kids even doing nowadays... they're just fried man. Unbelievable Taco Bell ridiculous

Rancid tortilla shells! We all spat them out at the same exact time. It was very obvious they were rancid. There’s no excuse for this. Taco Bell makes billions!

I usually haven't had any issues with this taco bell until tonight! Worked late needed to get something to eat. Spend almost $26 on me and my son, and I usually don't check the bag to make sure I have everything cuz like I said this location hasn't ever given me issues. Get home, and I'm missing 2 of my tacos which I was really looking fwd to eating. I tried calling the number on the reciept for 10 mins and NOBODY answered. I'm beyond annoyed and that will be my last time going there.
This is your typical Taco Bell fast food joint with their regular brand menu and special offerings. As an occasional junk food-junkie I've over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once – especially this location being near my home. Somehow, I don’t think they’re as good as they once were – in general. But I’m still kind of stuck on their Burrito Supreme – sometimes. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be – maybe then some! I gauge: cleanliness; service; product quality and consistency; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel’s attitude and customer service level. This place scores 3.0 of 5. I may come back here and do recommend it! Considering their offerings are more American than Mexican – their offerings are decent in that respect. Edible, somewhat tasty and primarily and overall, what one is here for – fast food not good food!

Worst experience ever really needed to use the restroom I asked in Spanish & English the 3 ladies working didn’t care I urgently was asking just needed the numbers. I was ordering and decided not to worst customer service people nowadays really don’t care about holding a job I understand being busy but saying a code was way easier then keep telling me to wait & laugh at me? ?
