I had an outstanding experience at Taco Boys on Seventh Avenue and Roosevelt, all thanks to Gabriel! From the moment I called then later walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. His personalized service truly stood out as he took the time to understand my preferences and recommend the perfect dishes for my pick-up order.
Gabriel’s attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the menu made the whole experience enjoyable. The food was delicious and exactly what I hoped for! While the food was decent, my experience with Taco Boys was deeply frustrating due to poor management and customer service. My company placed a lunch order days in advance, only to find that half of it was missing upon arrival. Despite multiple attempts to contact their Phoenix locations, only one answered, and they hung up on us mid-call.
To make matters worse, the requested toppings (limes, onions, cilantro) were missing, and we had to drive back to the restaurant to pick them up. The staff had a significant language barrier, and when we asked to speak with a manager, we were denied.
In the end, the lack of professionalism and the inability to resolve simple issues left a bad impression. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience, as they clearly need to improve both their order accuracy and customer service.
