Haven’t been here yet but I tried to order through there website and it keeps crashing etc had to download chrome and it’s still very glitchy would advice to have that taken care of guess I’ll head in person and see how the food is thanks
Only complain is that too many people try to act like this is fine dining and dress high class, and gets over packed and I can just go for a daily grab and go lunch in my pajamas. It’s supposed to be real street Mexican food not Americanized. Either make it bigger or something. Add a drive thru. Make more locations so make the rest less packed.

to be honest, i was very disappointed with the food. everyone had talked about how good this place was, and when i had gone to visit, i was left extremely displeased. my al pastor burrito was very, very greasy and falling apart. along with that, it was also bland, it tasted like nothing. my mom’s tacos on the other hand, were bland and too small as well. you couldn’t tell the difference between the barbacoa and carne asada, they were extremely expensive for the price and didn’t live up to the hype at all.

No sense of order but you’ll get your food, maybe. I ordered an asada plate to go and an asada burrito to go. My plate did not have any beans or meat on it when I got home and driving all the way back saying I didn’t get food would make me look like a fool. Maybe they need some better leadership on staff since they all seemed to have a great time talking amongst themselves rather than acknowledging customers and their orders while packing foods to go.

I know that the manager is already ready for this post. If I actually had a more sincere apology from management and/or the employee then this wouldn’t be being posted.
I was waiting outside with my babies bc my double stroller wouldn’t fit and I didn’t want to disturb anyone eating or taking up room while my husband was inside picking up our order. So what happened was; as I was waiting between the parked cars and the window, this guy (employee) comes out with boxes in his arms stacked tall enough where they are over his head and he couldn’t see over them. I see him coming and I’m telling him that my babies and I are in front of him. I even made eye contact with him in the reflection in the window. For all of you asking “Did you say it load enough?” Yes, I did and I kept repeating it. He runs into my baby’s stroller and boxes fell on my babies. His reaction was to laugh and tell me to calm down when I reacted to the situation and told him to watch where he was going. Anyone who has ever handled boxes while working in ANY environment knows not to take so many that you can’t see front of you. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WORKING WITH PEOPLE AROUND, INCLUDING FREAKING CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously safety isn’t important to them as the guy laughed, and when I talked to the manager he just told him, “just be careful and don’t do that again.” No apology even offered to me from the employee when I talked to him. The guy then went to a co-worker and just thought it was funny, again laughing at the situation and me being upset. So I ask you other parents out there, if this would’ve happened to you, do you think it’s funny to have boxes falling on your babies and a guy is just telling you to come down? then the guy not even offering an apology? EVEN when you told him to be careful and that you and your babies are right in front of him when you seen him coming? Then when you tell the manager they are completely unhelpful and didn’t even make sure me or my babies were okay?!
Obviously there is no safety being pushed, no remorse or care for the customer.
Oh, and their horchata is garbage, the thing was literally chunky.
