Asada tacos were great and flavorful, but unfortunately had one of the worst bean and cheese burritos I’ve had in my life; Bean & Cheese burrito was basically just a cheese burrito with a trace of beans (I’m not kidding 90% cheese/ 10% beans) Ordered a side of beans and they’re great, just not sure why they don’t include them in the BEAN & CHEESE burrito! Will give them a try again someday…
Folks, I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Wonderful quality of food with an amazing family running the show- who you can tell really care about the food they prepare and pour their hearts into it. We returned to eat here several nights in a row after discovering it and each time were helped by Berenice- she's lovely, welcoming, walks you through the menu and presents you with mounds of fresh, flavorful food. So far, this is the best spot in Phoenix...
A friend and I stopped by for lunch after flying in. The quesabirria and carme asada nachos were fresh and delicious, and the salsa bar was too, super fresh and great variety. Everything was incredibly clean, and great service (thank you, Lalo)! If you are looking for a delicious and reasonable meal in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate! Will come through again when back in the area for sure.
