I was very disappointed with the tacos I was craving some delicious tacos this was not it. Plus the cashier was very rude and unprofessional.

i went there monday night thru the drive thru and waited 25 minutes to get 2 enchiladas and one bean tostada and after finally getting it it was cold as ice and no napkins and no fork what a joke they were not even busy

The new staff here isn't as friendly as the previous staff and the quality of the food has gone down even though the prices have gone up a lot.
I like this place way more than Polibertos down the street they always have friendly service and always have the lobby open 247

The food is good... Authentic. But the service... If you don't speak Spanish it's a problem at the drive-thru EVERY TIME!! On this visit I had to park and go inside since no one came back to the drive thru window when I spoke English... WTH??!!!!! Once inside it's apologies and all but .. same scenario every time. English speakers... Avoid this place. Black people... Avoid this place. And .. I told the manager I was leaving feedback... A female.

Good service. Was there picking up food for delivery and the staff was really nice
Terrible service late 30 minutes waiting for 6 tacos and in a bad mood they still serve you they treat you as if we had an obligation to be there
