The tripe tacos are good, except that they run out of vegetables very quickly and then they only find one that is pure lemon and sauce.

We were super disappointed in this food truck because the restaurant was absolutely delicious. But the food from the food truck is more expensive and super salty. They forgot part of our order and I was already gone before I checked it so that was my bad but the food was super salty and the carne asada was over cooked and hard and not seasoned well. Would definitely not recommend to go the food truck. I’m sad the actual restaurant closed. The food was not worth the price!
