When you order takeout, they don't send you the necessary things to accompany the food. I asked for 3 candies and they only sent me 2 flags and 1 sauce. ☹️ I recommend that you eat there.

I loved the tripas tacos here, but today I am very disappointed because I ordered 3 to go and they only gave me 1 container of guacamole 1 red sauce which was not enough plus they charged me $14 for the 3 tacos plus the 25 minutes wait to get them.

The most amazing place we went to in Arizona. If I lived nearby, I would own every gorgeous piece of furniture, pottery, and a thousand sculptures. The only complaint I have is that they don't have a website so I could potentially order online and get things shipped to me!!! If you love eclectic, beautiful works of art--don't walk, run to Retablo!!!

I have been going to this taco shop for about four years now I will not give them a bad review because all the people do not deserve it but today I came in on Wednesday night and they had a new girl there. I stood in line for 30 minutes watched her go to multiple people that came after me. She ignored me. I finally got upset and just took off. I’ve never seen the server before but you definitely need to replace her. She is extremely slow and obviously does not care about your customers

Okay , so the food isn’t spectacular. It definitely was underwhelming. I got the carne asada tacos. The carne had no flavor. They did not fix the taco they gave the carne on the tortilla and put all the fixings in small plastic containers…. Build a taco.Service was great they were all kind and the food came quickly.4 carne tacos for 15 bucks and charge a dollar for Apple Pay. Not terrible but not worth the money especially if you have fix the tacos yourself.Open late so would be an option if I had nothing else to go to. But I mean nothing else.

I passed Retablo for years. The front is staged with lots of multi-colored Mexican pottery and Southwestern metal art objects--not things I was normally looking for. I decided to share a cactus as a housewarming gift so one day I stopped to look at pots. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked inside. The walls are adorned with ceramic and metal art, there are some beautiful rustic furniture pieces and some really nice lamps. I fell in love with the copper shades and the light cast by their designs and that is what I came home with instead of the pot. There were some really nice pieces at reasonable prices. Also, I liked the "rusted" metal art rather than the painted and I see a need for a few of their smaller cacti. Definitely worth a look if you are in the area!

I've been on the hunt for a nice pot to replant my Christmas Cacti that have doubled in size since last November. I found the cutest pots and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tons of neat gift ideas too. This location is supposedly smaller than the Cave Creek site, but still has a plethora of unique creations to fit any of your decorating needs.
