First time here tryin a local bbq spot. Wings were on point with the crisp and flavor. Also tried their catfish strips and it was smackin, they also got whole catfish for those into that. Service was great and ima be back to them on a regular, support yall locals

I went on rib and chicken tip Tuesday. I got the rib tip special. The special came with fries and a drink. I added a hot link and I was NOT disappointed. Some of the best BBQ I have ever tasted. Worth the drive. Good people and attentive. Great music playing. I am definitely going back.

Look I was out minding my business working and I smelled something good. I said hey man what you grilling. He said chicken. I said Im about to come holla at you. I Kept smelling it while working I went as soon as they opened. I didnt know chicago people even bbq. Man when I tell you the chicken and ribs were tender and moist. The sauce was good too. (Im a fan of dry rub and wet bbq) Look Im from KC so I dont like every one bbq this was amazing. I dont frequent the west side often but I have a reason to now.

Don't walk run to taste my City Barbeque that was some flavorful Bountiful barbecue chips hard way I like with some spicy BBQ sauce but not too spicy Delicious ice-cold Fruit Punch Kool-Aid and a red velvet cake pudding it was delicious as well sweet but not too sweet the cake was nice and fluffy not dry and the owner was a very nice young gentleman I would highly recommend you go down there and check it out won't be disappointed. That bit of fries was covered in big chunks of barbecue before I started I managed to save a little bit of the barbecue for my next lunch at work and it only got better with age so like I said don't walk run over to taste my City Barbecue 107th Avenue and Indian School.

I stopped by Taste My City and ordered the chicken wings with fries — absolutely delicious! The flavor and vibe really gave me that true Chicago feel. My recommendation is that everyone needs to taste the food here. I’ll definitely be back!

First time coming to taste my city. This was so delicious! I got the brisket bbq sandwich with macaroni and I have never had brisket as good as this! It was fire! Crispy on the outside with the perfect flavor and fall apart in your mouth on the inside. I will definitely come back here! Macaroni was amazing as well! Thank you, you guys can cook!
