Midweek dinner and there was plenty of room. Service was personal and efficient.
Food was fresh and very flavorful.
I had 4 of 5 on spice level and it was perfectly warm!

Curries with outstanding flavor and fresh chicken. June 2025 update: Red curry: fresh chicken, fresh vegetables, spicy. No compromises. Outstanding! However, I returned another day for lunch and the panang curry seemed watered down somehow.

Five stars isn’t enough for this spot.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The owners are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet—they pour love into everything they do, and you can taste it in every bite. The service? Impeccable. The kind where you don’t feel like a customer, but a guest at someone’s home. The ambience is peaceful and inviting, the kind of place where conversations flow and time slows down. And the food—oh man—the food is next level. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If you’re craving Thai food that’s done right—with heart, soul, and a side of joy—this is the place. Already can’t wait to come back.

Those with food allergies beware: I made it very clear I am allergic to green beans but my red curry had them anyway. I imagine they tried to pick some of them out instead of making it to order like other Thai restaurants in Phoenix. It was only apparently after eating some. I had a violent reaction which caused me health issues for days.
Have been our go-to for a while but portions seem to have gotten considerably smaller, but prices didn’t go down.
Based on good reviews I checked out the restaurant. They did not disappoint. I ordered the eggplant basil with shrimp. The shrimp and veggies were fresh and the red curry paste and spices were delicious!

I see some mixed reviews here.. so for what it's worth, here's mine: I love this place. I've had thai food at probably 8 different locations in central phoenix area alone .. and this one is the best. I've also eaten thai on the east coast, west coast and some middle of the country states as well.. and this spot would be top 5 for sure all time in my experience. I generally order pad thai as a way to see what other dishes will be like. It's a great baseline. They use really fresh ingredients .. scallions don't just appear in the dish .. they are flavor packed and extremely pungent and bright! All of their ingredients are this way. I just love this place. I will be back. Portion size is good too for the main dish. I had the papaya salad though as an app to split and I didn't think that portion size was good. I've now had the coconut fried rice, tom yum soup, sticky sweet rice, pad thai and papaya salad and flavors were all excellent. The coconut fried rice was so good! The soup, and I'm not even a soup person, was excellent. Easy to love this place.

I recently visited Taste of Thai — Arcadia, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable. Tables were sticky, the floors appeared unkempt, and to my horror, I saw cockroaches crawling in plain sight. This is an obvious health code violation and raises serious concerns about the overall hygiene of the restaurant. The staff was unwelcoming and dismissive, and it felt like they were treating certain customers better than others based on their background. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with impatience and a condescending attitude. It’s unacceptable for a place of business to make anyone feel unwelcome or judged. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
