Food is great, great prices and quick service. Everyone is really friendly and has plenty of tables for 1-2 people. I felt welcome being alone and going there.
Fast service, friendly staff. Portions huge. But the taste, Amazing!!! Everything was wonderful.
This restaurant charged for things we did not order and then refused to take it off the bill when we pointed it out.
Amazing food and service. The place was packed when I drove by at lunchtime one day, so I decided to give it a try on a Sat. a.m. We were seated right away with chips and salsa brought to our table immediately. The server was very good; patiently answered our questions about the menu even though they were very busy. The food took a little while to receive, but it was definitely worth the wait. We both got the Machacha burro, 1/2 beans, 1/2 rice. It was not only the best Mexican food I've had since leaving Texas several years ago, but it was also very reasonably priced and we each had left overs. Great chips and salsa too. This is one of those places you almost hesitate to rave about because it is already so busy, but they deserve the kudos!
The food was amazing and the service was too but next time I'll be sure to sit away from the draft of the ac. I feel horrible complaining that anywhere was too cold in this AZ heat but I'm menopausal and my teeth were chattering. Luckily my daughter had a sweater in the car or she would ha e been a popsicle. Jk jk a little but seriously, amazing food!
The BEST
When I was in my 20’s I frequented a place in Portland Oregon called “The Original Taco House” and miss it still. However, I moved to Phoenix 20 years ago not knowing this place existed until I saw a spot one of the local news stations did. I went there recently for my 70th birthday and was delighted with the food. It was almost the same as what I remembered in Oregon and I enjoyed every bite. Cheese onion enchiladas were excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try it again ❤️👏🏻😁
Burrito was awesome the price wasn’t. 17.50 for 1 burrito. Go to Los dos molenos or el serros. Foods good price isn’t. Won’t go back bc prices are terrible you cant feed your family here.
Family owned and is an icon for Mexican food.

This is everything you want in a good Mexican place. I had the “Tee Pee Daily Special”, wife had “Nana’s Chile Rellenos” and we shared a pitcher of margaritas. Service was fantastic, food and drinks were excellent, and the vibe is perfect. My new favorite place man.

First time eating there. The food was delicious. Sat in Senator John McCains booth. It was my birthday 🎂 on the 24th of November. Happy Turkey week, and happy holidays!
