I had left Big 5 and wanted terayaki chicken. So I was excited to see this restaurant right next door. I take public transportation so it was perfect. Unfortunately, I wish I would have just gone to Jack in he Box for their terayaki chicken bowl! I gave two stars only because the cashier was very nice, but I was disappointed with the food. First of all the price was way too high... $13, and the chicken seemed uncooked because it smelled funny. The first bite or two were ok but afterwards I had a quiesy feeling in my stomach. I just couldn't eat anymore and ended up throwing almost the entire meal out.

Waited close to 40min for my food just for the teriyaki steak and orange chicken to be burnt, broccoli half cooked and bowl filled with more rice then proteins ??

One visit may be all Teriyaki Madness gets from me. The food quality was average to good and was hot. The service was terrible. I stepped up to order and was asked an employee what I'd like and as I started to respond, he turned around and walked away. The next guy did take our orders, but needed multiple corrections and still got part of each person's order wrong. He was quick to point point the tip jar however. Waited about 15 minutes for two regular bowls in early afternoon. Not busy.This location needs a competent manager on-site, ASAP.

Was sooooo excited to go here as the only location they have is in Gilbert. I was very disappointed as the food was no where near what I was expecting it to be. Waited 20 minutes, my chicken was more burnt than anything. Waste of 25 dollars
