Great spot for some amazing flavorful food and tasty drinks. This restaurant is right next to Changing Hands bookstore and is pretty easy to find and plenty of parking. We had a reservation so didn't have to wait but it was pretty crowded on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pesto pasta and a large salad that we split. The food was really delicious, different flavors, and everything tasted very fresh. It did get pretty loud with the amount of people in there but would be a great spot for dinner or lunch with friends and good for kids.

A creative fusion restaurant that masterfully blends Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, and Thai flavors to craft truly unique cuisine. Japanese eggplant was the best I’ve ever had—tender and flavorful, topped with arugula, almond flakes and with the most amazing harissa, creating a multi-layered and rich taste experience. Baked Truffle mac and cheese was elevated with a crispy breadcrumb topping, transforming a simple classic into something lively and exciting. What amazed me the most was Szechuan chicken fried rice—perfectly wok-fried with incredible smoky depth, paired with crispy fried chicken that was golden on the outside and juicy on the inside. Absolutely addictive and impossible to put down!
This is definitely a must try restaurant and definitely worth to come back!

They have possibly one of my new favorite drinks of all time, The Newtons Fig. I wouldn’t even say I’m a big fan of figs but it is so light and refreshing, sweet but not overly sweet. My favorite dish so far has been the half chicken, it’s well seasoned and not at all dry and I always have plenty of leftovers. The only dish I really didn’t like was the rice paper dumplings. I’ve been for both lunch and dinner, have to say I preferred dinner a bit more. Definitely will be back!

CLOSE YOUR DOORS. Please. When the sun goes down, and it drops to 52/54 degrees outside, it feels the same or colder inside & it’s quite uninviting. Not to mention the server was wearing a full on down jacket, zipped up and all. Having full exposure to the outside is not pleasant.
Food wise: Burger was delicious. Wouldn’t mind coming back for a happy hour sesh but will not stay if I’m struggling to keep warm indoors. Awful. I’d give less stars but don’t want to lower their average rating. Just close the doors or turn the heat on.

Excellent food and service, our server Eric recommended the yakisoba and they were able to accommodate my allergies by not making it with the cabbage or broccoli. He also mentioned adding a protein and I went with his recommendation of shrimp. These shrimp were massive, it came with 4. I have shrimp left over. Beautifully seasoned and the yakisoba was so good as well. Glad I have found a place I can enjoy it again. My partner ordered the katsu sandwich with the pork option, the fish option is cod. He enjoyed it immensely and the fries are waffle cut with seasoning. Planning to try the cod version. We also got a apple Dutch baby, my first time trying it but will be definitely getting it again. For drinks he had coffee, which he enjoyed. While I had a Bloody Maria and I will be having one everytime I go back. Blood Mary's can be a hit or miss but this was so good and the mix was spiced and seasoned very well. Please note that when I say seasoning, you can see the seasoning floating in the drink. This isn't your basic mix, it is way better. Great place, you should definitely eat outside and enjoy the patio this winter.

Parking: Park across the street at the empty lot.

I wasn’t very impressed with my experience here. The burger was just okay and didn’t stand out flavor-wise; it definitely wasn’t worth $20. Service was also pretty slow—felt like they could use more staff or better training for the existing team. Overall, I expected more for the price.

Vibrant restaurant with incredible cuisine! Handed crafted cocktails with the most amazing flavors as well! We had oysters (order 12 so you can try all of the sauces!), grilled cabbage, and the chorizo pizzette. I would write multiple 5 star reviews if I could because of the food and drinks. Truly unique flavors with a great atmosphere!

I stopped in to grab some to go food since I haven’t been to this place since southern rail closed down. I got a chorizo pizza and their wings. I also got a wedge salad to eat at the bar while I was waiting for my to go food.

The wedge was great. Clean lettuce, crispy bacon, house made dressing. Loved it. However that’s really all I loved.

I returned home about 15 minutes later to share my food with my friend. The pizza was nice, but it didn’t really wow me. Something on it kinda over powered everything else on it instead of complementing each other. The wings, while huge in size and I did like that, had a weird tang to them that I couldn’t put my finger on. Almost tasted like peanut butter. Now I’ve had PB&J wings before and when done right, are slamming. These, however, fell a little short.

The bartender was really nice and personable. We were chatting a bit before my food came out and he seemed very down to earth and seemed like he actually enjoyed being there.

Came here by a stranger’s recommendation. Everything from the flavor, attentive service, and beautiful atmosphere made it one of the best hidden gems I’ve come across in a while.

My boyfriend and I had lunch here, we had the old fashioned and golden hour for drinks, and the fish Katsu sandwich and Szechuan chicken fried rice for mains, and the olive oil cake for dessert. Both drinks were delicious and unique and the food was good with extra chili oil. Olive oil cake was super moist and tasty! Our server, Eric, was very personable and had good recommendations. The aesthetic is fun with lots of natural light. Definitely plan to go back and would recommend as a great Phoenix restaurant option with good flavor, fun aesthetic, and friendly staff.

Stellar food and service. Eric, our server, was attentive and wonderful-- very knowledgeable of the menu.

Portions were fair and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great for a date night or celebration.

Vegetarian options: Mostly some form of prepared vegetables or salad. Not much protein content.
