I recently had lunch with two of my friends I got the 6oz steak and ribs with the appetizer medley. It was so good. Sorry didn't take photos lol great spot if you love steak and shrimp ribs etc

They got my order completely wrong give me the runaround on the phone for over 30 minutes then accused me of lying to them refused me any refund and told me they would email me a coupon, the manager kept hanging up on me in hopes I would not keep calling back but I did which made her angry I will be calling corporate. I will also be calling my bank to file a charge back this is ridiculous you can't get my order completely wrong completely miss parts of it and then call me a liar and hang up on me.

Very pleased with the exceptional service we received from our waitress (Julia).
Always a great restaurant no matter what city. This particular location was great. My 8 Oz sirloin was very tough to cut let alone eat. Its not the restaurant, manager nor the servers fault. They were kind and gracious to offer another steak, however, instead they cut the price of my meal. Vanessa, our server, was great and so apologetic for our meal. She is a very customer oriented lady.

I’m very disappointed with the experience we had at your restaurant today. My daughter was asleep in her stroller, and we stopped in for a quick bite like we’ve done many times before. Instead of helping us find a suitable table, we were told we could not be seated unless we left the stroller behind.
What makes this even more frustrating is that your website specifically lists **high chairs** as an available option. A high chair takes up space just like a stroller, so it’s unclear why one is acceptable but the other is not—especially when a sleeping baby cannot be transferred into a high chair. No alternative seating was offered or even discussed.
As we were leaving, we saw another guest entering with a wheelchair, which made us wonder why accommodations were refused to us yet seemingly allowed for others. The inconsistency felt unfair and left us feeling unwelcome.
This used to be our regular spot, but after today’s experience, we’re extremely disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews their policy so families with small children are treated with more understanding and consistency in the future.

I called to add my to the list for 20 for my Mothers birthday! I called @11:00am to inquire, and was advised to call back 1 1/2 before the actually dinner which I did! And they confirmed but when I got there they act like I never called, and didn’t accommodate us! I would not recommend this place because even after calling like they asked we still had to do some where else
