I was traveling for work, and I thought I would give it a try. I looked at the menu, and everything was very inexpensive, so I didn't have high expectations. Boy, was I surprised! When you get something better than the menu picture at a restaurant that's like never ever anymore, you are shocked! First, the butter rolls. I've seen memes of such things and never understood it. But I quickly learned real fast it's no joke! I ate all 4, and I wasn't even hungry, really because I had a nice breakfast. Didn't even get to the complementary peanut either. But the bake potatoes are the best I've ever had and I ate at a lot of fine restaurants. The steaks and all the fixings on top that came bigger than advertised. It was delicious and perfect, and when you factor in, it's only 1/4 of what you'd normally paid for at a fine dinner it really adds to the value and experience. Even if you take put the cost, it can hold its own and even top most Steakhouse. Friendly staff they are wonderful and kind. I went in for a local dinner experience and came out dumbfounded at the value and quality. I had a great time and really enjoyed everything I ate there.

Maybe it was just the night, but I haven't had an experience like tonight. Usually Texas Roadhouse doesn't need any steak sauce or added seasoning, but tonight they were very bland. It was quite unfortunate, especially since we don't live locally and this was our "special" treat.However,our service was 10/10; our waitress was amazing, and food came quickly, even though they were quite busy.

I had to wait 40 min to sit no problem but as soon as we sat down an ordered took them 45 mins to bring it to us then they dropped my food on the way to the table so had to wait even longer about another 40 mins an when they brought it to me it was just smashed flat an didn't even look right but the first one they brought out was big an fat an the second had hair on it they offered to get it for free but never brought out a third an the hostess never was around maybe cause she dropped the food but I paid for my mothers meal an just ended up leaving do not recommend unless you got time an only want half your order an this was on a TuesdayParking: Full

Sat at the bar. Server was quick. Food was slooooow. Waited an hour for the food. It was not crowded. Plenty of open parking spaces and 7 open seats at the bar. I was so hungry I was nauseous when the food came
I dined there 3 days ago and was very disappointed with the ribeye steak, it was tough and no marbling in it and the ribs were over cooked and dry. This is the first time in my Texas Roadhouse dinning that I was disappointed in the meal .Dietary restrictions: None

First silverware and glasses were dirty. Server got mad. Umm hard food on them. Food was ok, half was Cold! Steak was ordered MR was rare. Server never checked on us the server was to busy plying with the girl servers. No refills. I asked another server if she could get me another Ice tea. Server brought it when we were leaving. Left 5 for tip. I know that's what a server lives from. I served for over 30 yrs. Never had service like today. Yes I told the manager and no I did not accept a coupon for meal! Just lost us as customers!!

Ribs over cooked dry should never been served in that condition. Chicken was good but ribs should have been thrown out you really need to do better won't be back. Steak was not much better wasn't burnt but not a good cut.
