Service was great! Food is what killed it, over season steak, over cooked, dried out ribeye like it’s been sitting under a heat lap for hours. Ribs were same way dried out just with a coat of bbq sauce. We did mention it to management, they did offer to remake or discount we just opted to pay the full bill and left a good tip. It sucks because service was great and didn’t want them to take a hit for a subpar kitchen staff. We won’t be returning to this location. We did chance it knowing the area isn’t that great but it is the closest one to our north Phoenix home.

Sat at the bar, the bartenders seemed to pay attention to other guests at the bar, lacking attention to us and a few others. Had my credit card out to pay the bill but they kept ignoring it. Service lacked. Maybe if they weren't paying attention to the couple at the bar with their toddler, they would have noticed other customers needed attention. The food was decent, overload on the cheese in the chili but still not bad. By the way, I thought it was against Arizona liquor laws for a child to actually be seated at the bar, hummm

We had a waiter that was in training and he was fantastic! Can't remember his name, but, hats off to whoever trained him you did an excellent job. Food was awesome, cooked just how we asked for it and had just what we wanted on top. Great job Texas Roadhouse we will be back!!
Parking: There were 30+ people waiting outside and we were seated in less than 15 minutes.

Received the text my to go order was ready. I went to the to go counter and had no less than 8 employees walk pass me and not acknowledge me. Finally I asked the group of 4 ladies standing a foot away from me if anyone was helping the to go orders. One lady stated she could help. I felt invisible and like I was rude to even have to ask for someone to assist me. So for that 1 star:(
The double bacon cheeseburger was soooo good! They did the big one there! That will be my go to spot when I’m in the city!

Paid over $100 for my order to be giving to someone else had to wait even longer to get my food I didn’t get any condiments that I asked for really disappointed in this location.
