My family and I Went for our two daughters birthdays and nobody showed for the singing. Our whole order was wrong we were missing plates and told server Eddie and he had to keep going back and forth from kitchen. Empty condiments when we got to the table. Ordered appetizers and they never made it to our table so we had to cancel them. Manager did give two coupons for appetizers but after that there was still more wrong . Won’t be returning.

Unfortunately this was not our best experience. Our server Zo was great. Deanna was very helpful. Adrienne was very attentive and helpful, but the managerial staff was a great disappointment. We had flies all over us and we no appropriate compensation. I will visit other branches but not one. This is the last time!

I’ve gone to other Texas, this one is on the top of the list. I always used to get a ribeye, but the ribeye has too much gristle, so I switched to sirloin and it is always perfect, not tough at all.
