The biggest difference between Texas-style steak and regular steak is the added charcoal-grilled aroma. This restaurant selects excellent cuts of beef, the service staff are very friendly(Kaylee), and the prices are reasonable.

We had a very attentive waitress who was prompt and ensured we were taken care of. I wish I had remembered her name so I could share it. Food as always is solid for the price in my opinion.

Checked in for 4 people but we were waiting on our son.m to arrive. We explained that we would order his food for him immediately and yet they still refused to seat us due to “policy”.
I understand the intent but when it was mitigated by us ordering immediately a little understanding would be nice. We missed our movie due to this “policy”. The hostess was extremely rude about it! Seems like they just want to rush everyone through and could care less about customer service.

One of the best steaks I've ever had, the shrimp was quite good, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.👌🏽 No Texans in sight...

Recently stopped in to celebrate my birthday with my mom and my son. Texas Roadhouse has quickly become one of my families favorites. Always thought they were a lower tier place to eat out at, similar category to Outback, however once I found out it’s a scratch kitchen and everything is made in house we gave it a try and I was amazed. There is a little bit of something for everyone on the menu, I would recommend anyone come out for a simple happy hour dinner or to celebrate a life event like we do. Can’t wait to go back!

I should have read the reviews before deciding to have dinner at this location. My family, and I have been to Texas Roadhouse in Texas, Colorado, California, Florida, and now in Arizona. I have never had such bad service as we just did! We had to look for our server constantly, and when we did it seemed as if we were bothering her. Nothing was offered to us we had to request everything. On top of the bad service. The bread was cold, and my wife’s steak was over cooked. The manager never came to ask how we were doing, like they usually do at the other locations. Needless to say that we will not return to this location. I will be advising my friends, and family to avoid this location, as they are dragging the Texas Roadhouse name through the mud.

Great food at prices within reason (as typical for Texas Roadhouse). Service was a little strained.

Came on a crowded weekday evening. Seating was almost no wait thanks to their smooth online list service.

The food was hearty a delicious (if life threatening). The bread was like home. Tater skins were amazing. And our entrees and sides were on point as usual.

Our server was nice and generally effective, but she was frazzled and rushed - to the point where we were starting feel uncomfortable ourselves. It seems the younger folks at the table next to us had waited at the bar before seating and brought their drinks with them. They were not intoxicated by any measure and seemed generally pleasant. Mot sure what the issue was but she was upset that she had to card them and then reading them her training / policy.

During the meal, one had gone up to the bar and got another drink (presumably because he was afraid of her), and oh boy. She stood there another 5 minutes reading them the riot act about over-serving and claiming to quite the law (these kids were visitors for spring training).

The whole thing was very awkward and clearly it was distracting for her - so when she did take our order or check on us, it was always very frenetic and felt like we were being rushed.
