We've been wanting to come and finally had the opportunity with family from out of town. I was so embarrassed I picked the restaurant! The ribs were burnt and I'm unsure what the other meat was, but didn't taste good at all. The meat was so VERY dry; like it had been reheated a few times and I'm not a picky eater but I couldn't eat it. The waitress was thorough in telling us about the menu but must have been having a bad day because it was not genuine at all.

Parking: It was our second time here, so we just went a bit earlier and parking was fine. Just know on busy nights you might need to park across the street. But still worth it!!! Helps to walk off the huge steak!!

Delicious food. Large Chicken fried steak and many sides to chose from. Size isn’t everything. The food is very tasty, old school, and rib sticking Americana. I take home at least 1/2 the meal. My husband was in the mood for chicken strips. Multiple sides to accompany the strips. The strips were white meat, had been brined before breading and had wonderful flavor. They were moist, had a church on the outside and great flavor. Ranch dip, fries and corn.

I have drove by here many times while working but never stopped. Stopped in today and oh man is this place great! My server, Nancy, was amazing she was on it! The whole time running around busy but never neglecting and of us customers. She is a real asset to the company! So I got the chicken fried chicken and was probably the best I have ever had l. Came with mashed potatoes, corn and a biscuit that were all great as well! Ended it all off with the best peach cobbler I have ever had and of course with some Blue Bell vanilla on top. I also learned I can but Blue Bell out here in AZ which I never knew (thanks again to Nancy!)I told Nancy the only negative is that this place is SOOOOO good now when I'm in the area I will have to make a choice between this place and an amazing Italian place just down the street. I never had to make a choice around here before haha

I'm a "years long" customer. For years, this was the spot and a great experience every time. Over the last year I've been 3 or 4 times but today was the final trip. You've lost your edge Texaz. The food, the atmosphere, it's all on the decline. I think anyone who has been a long time guest knows what I'm saying. Thank you

Have the Chicken fried steak. It is probably the best in the valley.

They did not bring us our salads, lemon water, and the Frito pie was in the chili section on the menu, but all it was was a walking taco. Very disappointed. The waitress did not really know what she was serving.Parking: It only had 10 parking spots

I been coming here for years and I have always recommended this place. I have also gotten pretty much the same 2 things since they were exceptionally good. This changed with my last visit. I got chicken fried steak to go and when I got home it had a fishy taste. This was new to me as it had not happened before and definitely changed the experience for me. I am going to go with a more conservative line of praise and recommendation.
