Food is always excellent but the service is always poor. I don't know if they just are short staffed or are not hiring experienced folks. We keep on going back because the food is so good!
Beautiful views. Food is very good but menu is somewhat limited. Service is always an issue in both the bar and the restaurant. They have plenty of staff, and yet it takes forever to get a drink at the bar, even when not crowded, and the food servers seem to disappear frequently. Staff is very pleasant but just slow. I'm not sure if they have servers and bartenders doing other tasks that take away from actually serving their clients needs in a timely, consistent manner, but...
Possibly the worst service experience we've had in dining in the last 10 years. The food was very good. The service was horrendous. I don't even know where to start we had to ask three times for salt and pepper and ended up having to get up and walk into another section of the restaurant and get it ourselves.
