Made a reservation for the Ainsworth on Thursday but one problem...the Ainsworth closed and it was a completely different restaurant. Would be nice if open table updated every once in awhile.
It was not there. Calls to the restaurant stated called party unavailable. There was a large group of people looking for this place, calling, and getting this response. I am STILL getting this reponse. There were several closed places at this address.
The restaurant was closed for business and the app still allowed me to make a reservation so we did not even dine in there and we had to scramble for another place to eat at the last minute
The place is CLOSED. I'm so disappointed in OpenTable, not the Ainsworth. When you are unfamiliar with an area and need a reservation for a large party you expect the information provided to be accurate. Highly recommend calling the restaurant after booking through OpenTable (you know...do exactly what you didn't want to do by using OpenTable). Ugh!
We booked a reservation and when we arrived they were super annoyed I told them we had a reservation. They said just pick a table. We ordered cocktails and the old fashioned was not an old fashioned. It was almost clear with crushed ice and a straw. No bitters and not even an orange slice. Told the waiter that it was clearly not an old fashioned and he’s like I can ask the bar. Told him to look at the menu as they had a picture. Old fashioned is made clearly with a large ice cube, is more orange in color and with an orange slice. He never came back, never offered a replacement, some other waiter brought the food and when we asked for our waiter he came back with the bill. The bill showed it was still an $18 drink. He covered the bill item by item and when we got to the old fashioned I was like not an old fashioned. We didn’t even drink the drink and he wouldn’t remove it. Food was sub par. They try to present this as upscale establishment but it’s barely a low scale sports bar. Picture of old fashioned attached.
Vegetarian options: They list vegetarian options but did not have multiple things on the menu we tried to order including the impossible burger
Kid-friendliness: They let the kids run like wild banshees. Not a good combination when you are trying to present as fancy with 24k wings

I’m new to the area and stopped in. I was served by Shelby, our bartender and she provided amazing service! Will be making this a frequent stop during my nights out in Phoenix!
