Need to hire more bartenders. One bartender struggling by herself on Mardi Gras is crazy. Why isn't management helping her? It took me 20-30 minutes to get a drink that night, but that's not entirely her fault. Does it suck so bad that bartenders keep quitting? I didn't really want to leave a tip, but I did 20% out of guilt.

Her services has made me and mine never want to miss a Monday check in! I can’t end my review without extending a big thanks to Olivia, mark, Alicia for making my family feel welcome!

Food was just bad from sloppy and distasteful had to remake the same food twice and it was still a mess , service was horrible too waiting for over 30 min to get the check and lack of acknowledgement . Won’t be dining here again .

Genuinely don’t know how this place is still open or have good reviews at all. Every time I come here (against my will cause my friends wanna try it) the service is so bad. My first experience there I had 2 very inattentive bartenders who seemed too flustered to handle the opening week rush, I remember my bill came and had 6 items on my tab I never purchased and I remember the cook running my food and telling me they let it sit in the window for 25 mins. Now I’ve opened restaurants and I understand first week jitters so I wanted to give them another shot. Fast forward to 6 months after opening it was even worse, I sat at the bar with my friend and waited and waited and kept waiting. We did get acknowledged by the bartender who was transparent about how busy she was after 10 mins and she apologized and said she’d get to us when she could. 10 more mins goes by and she’s standing outside crying then comes back in and gets all the regulars refills who have half full beers, my friend and I still empty no water or menus it had been 22 mins and we decided to walk out. This bad experience was a management issue, I will never be mad at an understaffed employee. Now I had to go back yesterday for a birthday party and let me tell you same thing, 3 bartenders that just walk past you, no table service, have to stand behind guests at the bar and wait for the bartenders to look up at you. Getting drinks takes about 10-15 mins and it comes with an attitude on top of that. My advice is find some bartenders that can keep up with high volume and genuinely enjoy clocking in to work or have servers on floor.

I frequent often and love the staff as much as the wings. The typical crowd here is generally pleasant. The owners are good people and take care of the staff. I keep coming back as I’ve never had any issues with consistency and am always well taken care of.

Came here for a happy hour on a Tuesday , got here at 4:30 pm played some tunes on ITune...almost $20.00 just to have my music that I paid for cut off, off line to play their own music. I'm assuming they were going for a certain vibe?....please don't patronize jukebox after 6:00 p.m. as they will stop your music and play their own house music. Bartender ladies were very gracious and very accommodating, however don't put your money in the jukebox.

Awesome place to come hangout and grab a beer or come for lunch/dinner and have some great food and drinks. Staff is awesome, atmosphere is great and food is amazing. Game days or afterwork hangouts, this is a great place to come and relax.
