Didn't try the food. Service was good. Typical hotel restaurant and everything is ridiculously overpriced. Coffee is decent. Starbucks.

Convenient to the airport, over and above service from front desk staff and a welcome smile or greeting from each employee. The rooms were clean and dining options are fairly easy to drive to. Parking around the building is plentiful but not super convenient when you are moving a good distance bringing luggage over the rocky, sandy parking lot. We did not have need of the shuttle to the airport so no information on how well that works for travelers. The location worked well for us and I would stay here again.

Phoenix gets very busy and this was one of the hotels I could find with a reasonable price. We loved our comfortable room and the beds were dreamy as we had no problem falling asleep. Let me mention one important thing do not get a room near an exit door. Starting at 530am all I could hear were people talking down the hallway as they left and that dam door slamming when they were leaving. I'll take one star away for that annoying door.

I called the receiption for the airport shuttle and they promised me five minutes. I was very tired after 14 hours flight time. After 15 minutes I called again. They promised me another 5 minutes. But it took another 15 minutes until they arrived. No excuse, unfriendly checkin. Never again!

You’re better off choosing a different hotel than this one…. The breakfast, which wasn’t included, was probably the worst part. It took 30 mins to get some pancakes french toast and bagels out. The bagel was toasted so much it became hard as a rock and almost inedible. The french toast didn’t meet my expectations and the pancakes has some kind of cottage cheese on top which wasn’t great. I was already surprised that there wasn’t a buffet as in most courtyards there are buffet’s and generally they don’t disappoint. Other than that, friendly staff and I’m not paying $6 for water in my room

Decent food, but waaay too expensive. Bottles drinks are $5+ each.

Ok if you don't have another option but limited choice, quality just ok.

It was a convenient location for me to rest my head as my company’s headquarters is across the street. However, it was not very clean and the Bistro on site is only open 3 hours a day. My shower had soap still stuck to it and a nasty cup with cigarette butts that was left on the balcony.

This was one fancy hotel and Sandre was truly a happy camper. It’s tucked away back In the center of Phoenix but closer to the airport with a shuttle and a shuttle driver to take you tkt the airport (upon requests) if you need it. Don’t worry about the drive… its about the journey ;). The barkeep in the front lobby atrium (passed the main doors before the looby atrium in front Lf the backdoors to the courtyard, can’t miss it. j The barkeep in the atrium bar was also from the AK so we talked about our Home while Sandre watched her housewives. PS IF you want a small libation but not too big you neeed to tell the barkeep or bring it to his attention because he and his friends still make you a 32 ounce portion!!!! Didn’t know this and there was no signs at the bar saying tk watch out for it so Sandre was a little surprised to say the LEAST and we didn’t drink it all. Can’t remember the barkeeps name but thank you he was a great fellow and well see you down AK-way when you stop in make sure to stop by! Sincerely, The Tudor Family, October 2021 Also we had breakfast in the morning lobby and I think it’s from this hotel and it was a really good breakfast with eggs and a nice patty (not greasy! ). Our stay here was good. The shuttle from the airport quickly arrived and the driver pleasant. Check in was easy and the room was clean and properly prepared. The one minor problem was getting our Netflix account turned off. Very confusing. Was told when we check out the account would be closed. But got a couple of different ways to close from the reception. Knowing how many times these computer related issues are not completely resolved I wanted to see for myself the account closed. The engineer they sent was very helpful. Patrick spent several minutes working the TV and was able to get the account closed to our satisfaction. He was helpful and was not rushed. After closing the account he stayed to verify. Quite helpful. We appreciated his extra effort. The checkout was seamless. We were satisfied with our stay.

Large clean room. King bed and sofa. Close to airport. Business center for printing needs. No USB charging ports provided, unfortunately. Bistro was closed when we stayed. Close to restaurants…within walking distance. Would recommend.

Only 12 minutes to the airport from this hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly. Easy in and out. Shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel also offers parking (14 days) while you are out of town, so easy peasy, stay the night, leave your car, catch the shuttle to airport and again when you come back. So much better than airport parking. You pay a bit higher rate for the room if you do the airport parking, but it does save money. Would definitely do again, as we frequently fly out of Phoenix due to our home being in Tucson and we prefer to go day prior and not worry about rushing from Tucson to catch our flight
