The room are clean but very noisy. They never cleaned the room in 4 days, even if we asked for it. Only good thing was the restaurant. There is enough space in the room and parking space outside the hotel. I was extremely surprised considering the level of the hotel
I enjoyed my stay here — clean and comfortable room, an upgraded shower it seemed, nice lobby restaurant, plenty of parking, and very friendly staff. Plus, there is a nearby mall with lots of dining options.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OURSELF
I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable. It was super quiet and clean. Never heard my neighbors or cars etc. The staff was kind and the workout equipment was in good shape. The a/c worked really well and it was over 100 outside at night.
The burgers were good, and we really enjoyed the fries
Very nice hotel! Very pretty Lobby with a Bistro that was lovely. Pool and courtyard were great. Every employee we interacted with was very nice and professional. We stayed on the second floor in a King room with disabled access. The bathroom was great, very large and open. Room had a nice feeling a space. Lots of plugs! Small frig could be a little bigger and large desk could be updated . Bedding and pillows were comfy. Would like to see a simple breakfast included. Walkable to shopping center and restaurants. Very quiet area and quiet in the room. A/C worked great! Would recommend, and stay here again.

Pleasant employees. Clean and inviting lobby. Rooms small and mostly comfortable. A few disappointments: internet slow, inadequate ventilation and/or fan in bathroom, no complimentary breakfast. Nearby to many eatery options.
We had to spend a night away from our Phoenix condo due to painting. This place had a decent rate. Platinum Member, got a small, basic room. Reasonably clean. Folks there pleasant, but not overly effusive. Couple of issues irked us: refrigerator was set so cold that our fruit and sodas FROZE. Carbonated beverage cans explode when frozen - GAAAAH. TV remote did not work. Anyway, no other real issues. Ample parking. Plenty of dining nearby.
always stay at Marriot and always happy with everything. one thing I would change is at least serve a small breakfast ,for my son. he's always hungry early in the morning. no Food until check out.
This is on a long, narrow street several minutes' drive from I-17. If you aren't using GPS, pay close attention... there's only a small street sign on 23rd that's easy to miss. Also, the hotel is next to another Marriott: a Residence Inn. Once you get here, though, you'll find a very clean and modern hotel with efficient check-in and great quiet because it's out in the middle of nowhere.
Nice hotel. Got an updated room because our room wasn’t available when we got there. Felt very well taken care of.
