It's very quaint, hidden, and a very romantic ambiance and feel. I don't mind spending money on good food, but it's definitely pricey. My appetizer, the sea scallops, were heaven on earth, and I truly didn't want the experience to end. I got the punch bowl , an alcoholic drink. My server, Vince described the drink perfectly; fruity, strong, and crisp and it was perfect with my appetizer. Dinner was the curried goat, a heavenly experience. The portion was as much as I'd hoped. I say "hoped" because high-end cuisine NEVER gives large portions. The chef is amazing! Would I go back? It was a delicious, expensive, experience, I paid over $100.00 for my meal, and I was solo. It was a nice night out, but for that price, I expect more food. I work hard for my money.
Closes earlier than their posted hours.

We love B&T. The service and drinks are outstanding, and now, so is the food. We loved the homemade j*** seasoning on the fries. Yum! Please make more gluten free options!

Had high expectations, but for the price I was underwhelmed. We tried jerked pork and jerked chicken...it was ok. Our shrimp appetizer was good, but not 5 star. Our drinks were amazing, the ambiance was great! Maybe an off night for the chef? Or maybe just not our style of jerked seasoning.
The best kept secret in Phoenix. Amazing island flavors. This is a culinary experience NOT to be missed.
I miss this restaurant! I took my wife here on a date before we got married and we always remember how amazing the food and the restaurant was. Please tell me you will be back- it was phenomenal.
Always an awesome experience!

The workers are really friendly and this place makes me feel like I'm in France The food tasted average, but the Double chocolate cookie was DELICIOUS! I think they have better pastries than their food! The food is good though! Everything here is pretty nice, but I gave 4 stars because the food is too overpriced!
A great meal and an even better view. Note that they do shift to a bar setting at 8pm so if you are under 21 you will not be able to stay.
Even closed for regular service, the customer experience at The Breadfruit is wonderful. Folks working the door are always super friendly and willing to have a wonderful chat with you while you pick up one of their delicious to-go meals. The j*** chicken pop-up dinners are wonderfully spicy and fresh to the hot peppa sauce is the kind of sinus clearing palette wake up many of us need after months of mediocre takeout. Seasonal vegetables change based on what local farms have available, and the rice and beans is a wonderful meal all by itself.Although technically a sister project, make sure and pick up a four pack of Big Marble ginger beer, it's the ginger beer you didn't realize you hadn't had yet. Perfectly spicy and not too sweet goes wonderfully with a pomegranate or strawberry vodka, or even just with a slice of lime in a cold glass at home.
Good food and fun experience with Rum flights. small but really nice outdoor patio, on a street so quiet you can't believe you're downtown
Good place to have Jamaican jerk chicken. I had delicious jerk chicken that was spicy and served with rice. It was good and tasty. Service was a bit slow but, will always go back for the jerk chicken.
