Great customer service. Manager, James, was very attentive. The food was amazing! I order a Lemon Pepper Buffalo Chicken Salad, some wings & it was all amazing! I love the freshness of everything. My kids loved the food too & specially their shakes 😋

Christian greeted us at the front and offered the new sauces they have which I appreciated and decided to try! He brought my shake and order over to our table and was very pleasant. vicki was in the back making out order and waved hello to us. I come here several times a week and the atmosphere is great . Food is great and the hospitality is even better .

Christian , Vicky and Megan all made sure everything was good and my food was hot and fresh :) ! I’ve never had a problem with my food here and I’ve been coming to this location for about a year or so. I always get the worlds famous buffalo fries and they ALWAYS come out delicious

I’ve been debating whether to post this, but I believe it’s important, especially for the owners and upper management of The Buffalo Spot to be aware of what’s happening at their location.
I’m extremely disappointed with how the general manager — Matt (or whatever his official title may be) — treats his staff. On multiple occasions, I’ve personally witnessed him speaking condescendingly and disrespectfully to young employees, many of whom appear to be teens or young adults just starting out in the workforce. His tone and choice of words are demeaning and unnecessarily aggressive, as though he believes that holding a leadership role gives him permission to belittle others.
That’s not leadership, it’s intimidation. It fosters a toxic work environment that reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
What’s even more disturbing is that I overheard Matt gossiping about an employee’s weight . LIKE STOP. This is a younger team member that is underage most likely. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s cruel and borderline harassment. It sets a dangerous precedent for workplace culture and completely undermines the confidence and well-being of the team.
Every business has its challenges, but how you treat your team during those moments is everything. Disrespect from leadership doesn’t solve problems it creates new ones. As a customer, it makes me question whether I should continue supporting a place where staff are mistreated and mocked behind their backs.
I strongly urge ownership and corporate leadership to investigate what’s going on at this location. Your employees deserve a safe, respectful environment and your customers notice when they’re not getting it.

I get asked to leave a review every time I come in—and honestly, I don’t mind, because one of my favorite servers is here! Shout out to Danny at The Buffalo Spot—he’s always friendly and provides great service. The food is awesome every time. Keep up the great work!
