When I arrived we waited at the register for a few minutes while one employee cleaned the tables in the store. She eventually came to take out order but without greeting us said “you can order to go but you can’t eat here, because I just cleaned the tables for the night” after giving our order the woman in the back are some food at the preparation area then used her gloved hand to move a trash can to the frier area to clean it out. She continued to shove those dirty gloved hands into the area that fries sit after being cooked, then used a tool to scrape excess residue and rubbed it on the trash bag then back into the area where food sits. With those same gloves on she grabbed her Stanley cup for a drink which was sitting on the counter next to her meal where food is to be prepared then proceeded to make an order without changing gloves or washing hands. I asked if she could change her gloves before handling food and she rolled her eyes threw gloves onto the floor and put on another pair without washing hands. After getting my food (which I ended up giving to a homeless person outside because I questioned how their food is handled) I asked for a receipt only to find out that the manager was the one using her dirty gloves to prepare orders. She refused to give me a receipt saying it wasn’t working and here we are. I’ve already filed complaints with the health department and will tell everyone I can how terrible my experience is and how unsanitary this store and their employees are.

Tried The Buffalo Spot for the first time, worst boneless wings, the garlic parmesan sauce was terrible. I waited an hour for my order to be ready and it was cold, the breadsticks were cold with butter slapped on them. Won't be visiting again.

Horrible place. Ordered online, said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour. No apology, no checking in. The onion rings were burnt and the salad was watery and they didn’t give me ranch. Don’t recommend.

Went here waiting for my food the workers kept on complaining about hours and other things. Waited for the food it finally was ready the fries and the boneless wings were really cold. Probably will not come here again. There are better places for wings around here.

Fast food buffalo chicken. This place has good food and on my last few visits, there usually isn't a line so you can order quickly. It appears to be made to order as I have had to wait just a bit for them to cook the chicken fries but they were hot and fresh. The store is clean and well maintained but it always seems empty. Good place to grab quick food. Parking in this shopping center can be tricky so expect to park a little ways and walk, versus pulling right up to the restaurant. Never tried the shakes here but heard many people order them... Might be worth trying.

Went into the camelback location tonight for dinner the food I got was ice cold either they didn’t cook it at all or it was a previous order that has been sitting there for a long time. It was so cold I could not even eat it. Your store is going to get someone very sick.

Amazing customer service, and really good food! I got a small buffalo fries with original hot sauce and ad dolce shake, and omg! Really hit the spot. And the young lady taking our order do not have been nicer. This place rocks!

I don’t understand how if you ask for the fries with sauce on top and extra on the side and get charged extra you don’t get sauce on the fries and only the one you purchased on the side and I payed for a big sauce on the side and it wasn’t even filled it was less then
