Amazing Customer Service from Mel!

Mel is the absolute best! From the moment I walked into The Buffalo Spot, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that made me feel welcome right away. She was super patient, answered all my questions, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even during a busy rush, she stayed calm, professional, and friendly — you can tell she really cares about the customers. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positivity and attention to detail. Give this woman a raise! Thank you, Mel, for going above and beyond — I’ll definitely be back!

This is the third time I've been here, and the first two were fine. Nice environment, but this time was not so great. As soon as my boyfriend and I walk in, the server Melencia says they can only make the chicken and fries because they were all out of the strips and basically everything else on the menu due to a late shipment. At first, I thought sure, whatever, it happened, but then I hear her taking orders of other people and she didn't tell them anything about only having one thing on the menu and they got to order whatever they wanted. We were the only ones she lied to about it and ripped me off, I don't know if she was just being lazy or discriminating against us for whatever reason.

Tall old white man had the most unwelcoming, unfriendly attitude I've ever recieved.Tell that guy maybe try some better customer service next time. What a great first impression. Will not be returning✌️

I can’t remember a time I’ve had this good of service. I’m not sure if it was the owner or the manager or who this gentleman was but we received so much kindness. It was my daughter‘s first time there she doesn’t really like anything spicy, but I wanted to do something special for my husband so we went hoping she could try something. He sees me as my daughter about what flavor she wants and before I even say anything to him, he says let me go get you guys. Some samples brings us five different sauce flavors some we hadn’t even asked about an stack of maybe 10 fries for us to try them all Then after he went and got us more fries while we waited for our food so we could try the lemon pepper seasoning which we didn’t even ask for but made us feel beyond special. I have three buffalo spots that are closer to my house than this location, but I will definitely be back Even if I have to drive. On top of that the Jamaican jerk chicken was amazing. The leftovers were perfectly crispy in the air fryer and my seven-year-old daughter loved it!! top-notch my good sir top-notch! 🎩

It was sooo good, I've gone to a lot of chicken places, but this place really hit it for me. The chicken was tender and had a great flavor without the sauce, and they were really welcoming even when they just opened. I'm definitely coming back here to try their other flavors.

I order online for uber eats and I get my food and a milkshake and when they get here they say they didn’t give me my drink with my food so I just paid extra for food and a drink and only got food I want my money back for the drink my order name was for joseph fink and they gave me a order for Jose
