Love this place! Constantly changing food and meals- never get bored with the options. Best part is they have dairy free options which is so rare and hard to find!
Food is amazing! Really really good. The problem was walking up there's no signage on the door, and when I walked in there was 5 people behind the counter packing meals and whatnot, nobody looked up (recurrent issue every time i am there), I felt like I was walking into a back office or something, very unwelcoming. The cashier did not really speak to me other than saying the cost, no greeting or anything like gratitude for a tip.
Maybe they dont want people coming in, and prefer people buying online. The food is great, the service was the worst.
Note: they seem to only respond to positive comments, ignoring negative ones... smh

Love this place for keeping me on track. I found it after suffering a really bad injury that kept me out of the kitchen, and I don’t want to gain extra weight while I was recovering from ordering out. I love the convenience of just grabbing what I need without having to order ahead or worry about cancelling a delivery. I can pop in for whatever I need to get me through the week. I absolutely LOVE all of the pasta dishes (especially the chicken parm), it’s great to eat pasta with good macros. I now just use this place for my work lunches, and to help hit my protein goals for the day. The Mac and cheese is an absolute favorite, especially with the grilled chicken tenders (very juicy and well seasoned). The chicken salad protein packs are also a favorite. Sometimes I’ll splurge on the sirloin, which while pricey is some of the best tasting and cooked steak around. And of course everyone there is very nice and helpful, and the owner is always around. Everyone cheered me on throughout my healing journey, which is also nice!

I have been a loyal customer for a few years, spending ~$180 a week every week. They don't say hi when I see someone or walk in, despite me saying hi to everyone when I first walk in. Crickets. Feels very awkward, like they are upset at you. They are short with me when I ask a question at all. The quality of the brocolli and zuchinni has gone way down (mushy, browning, old). I used to recommend them
Bummer.

Always fresh, excellent variety that is constantly changing, organic, affordable! I get several meals weekly have tried every meal service this is my favorite. You’ve got to try the chicken wing balls they are delicious and healthy. The lasagna is amazing! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. I deeply appreciate not having to shop, cook, clean. I have more time for the things I love t& healthy yummy food .

Love the meals!
Not sure if I came on a bad day, but woof the customer service here needs a major facelift. I asked what the ingredients in the ranch were (required by law per the FDA), and an older lady refused to tell me saying “ I can’t give you that information”. I thought maybe she misunderstood me, thinking I was asking for the recipe. I said I was not asking for the recipe, only the ingredients as I actively try to avoid seed oils and am conscious of ingredients in everything I eat. She reluctantly asked “the chef” if there were seed oils and she came back to tell me only that it was mayonnaise based. All their other products have ingredients listed so I’m not sure why there was so much secrecy regarding the ranch. All the employees were off putting and then had the audacity to ask for a tip at checkout lol. There’s many meal prep businesses in the valley and I’m so happy to take my business elsewhere. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years, spending thousands of dollars here but have never picked up in person myself. To the owner—might need to do some extra training on customer service to keep costumers coming, and put all your ingredients on products.

I get the appeal of this place but don’t understand the ratings. Both times I went here, it felt like I was a random person sneaking in to raid a fridge. No hello or welcome, no offering of help, and felt like I was putting the girl out who cashed me out. All of that is fine I guess, not everyone is as friendly as the chefs at a sushi restaurant. The variety is good and the food was alright. I got the BBQ chicken and the stuffed peppers. I have no dietary restrictions so I was leary about the dairy free potatoes but they ended up being the best thing. A little pricey for what you get but the ingredients seem good and you are paying for the convenience, right? There are no directions on the food. I grabbed my selection thinking it would be quick but realized that I guess the peppers needed to be in the oven, taking more like 30-45 minutes vs the few to microwave ( I am guessing this is how to cook them, again, no directions) and the way how the BBQ dish was put together, it cooked unevenly (potatoes were perfect but chicken got overcooked and the beans were under). For the price and the time, I’d rather just get the peppers from Costco. Those of you that rave, I am happy you found this place but I was significantly underwhelmed. Final suggestion, weird that a meal prep place is closed on Sunday since that is the literal day most people meal prep…maybe that’s just me.

Their food is amazing and lots to choose from!
I really love the food. They are all so very helpful. They care what you can eat and what you can not have. The service is very good and fast. Very nice place to get your .meals, I really enjoy everything about it.
Dietary restrictions: I can't have a lot of salt or sugar and they make sure I get what I need.

I love this place! The food is amazing! I have tried other meal prep services and the food wasn't that great. Every meal I have tried is amazing! Love that you can walk in and not have to pre order!! It is also healthy!
Just some feedback, the customer service is not great and the machine asks for a tip... I would feel better tipping if the cashier was friendly and welcoming.
Also the fridges are a bit tough to access by the counter. Not sure if the electrical would allow for one to be moved for easier accessibility.
Overall great concept and love the food!!
