Not sure if I came on a bad day, but woof the customer service here needs a major facelift. I asked what the ingredients in the ranch were (required by law per the FDA), and an older lady refused to tell me saying “ I can’t give you that information”. I thought maybe she misunderstood me, thinking I was asking for the recipe. I said I was not asking for the recipe, only the ingredients as I actively try to avoid seed oils and am conscious of ingredients in everything I eat. She reluctantly asked “the chef” if there were seed oils and she came back to tell me only that it was mayonnaise based. All their other products have ingredients listed so I’m not sure why there was so much secrecy regarding the ranch. All the employees were off putting and then had the audacity to ask for a tip at checkout lol. There’s many meal prep businesses in the valley and I’m so happy to take my business elsewhere. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years, spending thousands of dollars here but have never picked up in person myself. To the owner—might need to do some extra training on customer service to keep costumers coming, and put all your ingredients on products.

I get the appeal of this place but don’t understand the ratings. Both times I went here, it felt like I was a random person sneaking in to raid a fridge. No hello or welcome, no offering of help, and felt like I was putting the girl out who cashed me out. All of that is fine I guess, not everyone is as friendly as the chefs at a sushi restaurant. The variety is good and the food was alright. I got the BBQ chicken and the stuffed peppers. I have no dietary restrictions so I was leary about the dairy free potatoes but they ended up being the best thing. A little pricey for what you get but the ingredients seem good and you are paying for the convenience, right? There are no directions on the food. I grabbed my selection thinking it would be quick but realized that I guess the peppers needed to be in the oven, taking more like 30-45 minutes vs the few to microwave ( I am guessing this is how to cook them, again, no directions) and the way how the BBQ dish was put together, it cooked unevenly (potatoes were perfect but chicken got overcooked and the beans were under). For the price and the time, I’d rather just get the peppers from Costco. Those of you that rave, I am happy you found this place but I was significantly underwhelmed. Final suggestion, weird that a meal prep place is closed on Sunday since that is the literal day most people meal prep…maybe that’s just me.

Dietary restrictions: I can't have a lot of salt or sugar and they make sure I get what I need.

I love this place! The food is amazing! I have tried other meal prep services and the food wasn't that great. Every meal I have tried is amazing! Love that you can walk in and not have to pre order!! It is also healthy!
Just some feedback, the customer service is not great and the machine asks for a tip... I would feel better tipping if the cashier was friendly and welcoming.
Also the fridges are a bit tough to access by the counter. Not sure if the electrical would allow for one to be moved for easier accessibility.
Overall great concept and love the food!!

I really love this business. Other meal prep places, although they deliver, you are restricted to ordering for the entire week by a certain cut-off deadline. For those, like myself, who are always on the go and don’t have the time to think about what they want to eat let alone set aside some time to order it, you will really appreciate this concept.
You can walk in and every day they have such a large assortment of meal prep items, from breakfast to dinner, and beverages. Everyday has different offerings so you can swing by last minute and ensure you can get plenty of meals for the next few days.
The only constructive criticism I would give is I wish there were more balanced meals, in terms of a meal averaging 1g protein for every 10 calories. I’ve only had one day when I walked in feeling super limited on my options because they were higher in calories but lower in protein. Overall I’d like more options in that ~1g protein per 10 calories range. The other suggestion I’d offer is if they can offer any other fish besides salmon. Tilapia or cod would be a great option especially for the fish tacos.
My favorite meals are the blackened salmon, low carb turkey bowl, and chicken burrito bowl.
Overall very filling, very delicious, and cost effective compared to eating out!

FOUND A CHUNK OF HAIR IN MY FOOD...i have eaten so so so many meals from here and they've all been incredible, but last night as I ate my bunless Swiss mushrooms burger I bit into a chunk of burger and melted cheese, it was difficult to chew and I thought maybe the paper that goes with cheese in packaging was left there but NOPE instead i pulled AN ENTIRE CHUNK OF HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH, spit out whatever was left in my mouth, the hair tore so easily I have no idea if or how much hair I actually swallowed. I gagged and puked for a good 20 minutes and then went to see if there was more in the meal. I lifted the melted cheese to find more and more hair on the burger itself. it must have been on top of the burger under the cheese before I heated it up because the cheese had completely melted into the hair. it was about 4-5inches of thick black hair in total, about 2-3inches of it were actually IN MY MOUTH. what the heck??? it won't let me post the pictures for some reason on here, but it's terrible
