Very welcoming and the food is always good, but sometimes it's Wonderful
It obviously gives chain vibes. But, my wife loves the cheesecake.
My experience at the Biltmore location was very disappointing; I just went their for a pick up, no one acknowledged my presence; greeter looked at me right in my face and wouldn't speak, when people come into your establishment you at least welcome them in even if you can't help them right away(it's about the experience), I will never go to this location again, for an area that is supposed to be so classy, this is not.
Madisen R (Maddie) did an amazing job! She provides great customer service and she was super tentative and helpful. There was other guests being very difficult and we felt bad how they were so rude to her but she remained very professional and she handled it well. She deserves a raise! :)
The manger was so rude (wearing different color shirt) all I said was my small party has been waiting longer than a huge party across us. Not rude at all and she just talked back to me. We’ve waited an hour and I understand being busy but talking back saying “you got seated at the time” wasn’t okay. We didn’t. I watched them sit down
The music is ridiculously LOUD!!! We can’t have a desert conversation. The waitress can’t hear our orders. Please be considerate of the patrons ands lower the music.

Got sat all the way in the back...what a dreary dated atmosphere. Made me claustrophobic. Keirland location is a much nicer restaurant and the food quality seemed better. Biltmore was just weird...next time, no back room.

ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUST BRUTAL. WE ORDERED TAKE OUT BECAUSE WE HAD TO PUT OUR DOG DOWN ON FRIDAY NIGHT & WE WERE CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY. IT WAS AN AWFUL, SUDDEN SITUATION THAT WE TRIED TO MAKE THE BEST OF. WHEN WE RECEIVED THE ORDER; BOTH MY MEATLOAF AND OUR KEY LIME PIE DESSERT WERE MISSING. HERE'S THE GAUL OF IT ALL THOUGH, WHEN I CALLED I WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE, AND THEN THE THIRD TIME IT TOOK ME A SOLID 15 MINUTES TO GET A MANAGER ON THE PHONE (RICK). WHEN I FINALLY GOT HIM ON THE PHONE, HE LITERALLY WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME SPEAK, HE DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY OR ANY OF MY FRUSTRATION WITH THE RESTAURANT. THE YOUNG LADY ON THE LINE SAID THE DOOR DASHER HAD TO HAVE STOLEN OUR FOOD, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE ON SPEAKER PHONE WAITING TO SEE HOW THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT. I'M APPALLED, JUST ABSOLUTELY APPALLED THAT RICK IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ELEMENTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, THAT HE HAD NO WANT, DESIRE, NO OUNCE OF EFFORT TO TRY & EVEN HEAR WHAT HAD HAPPENED, LET ALONE MAKE IT RIGHT. BRUTAL, JUST ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY, NO EFFORT, NOTHING, AS A MATTER OF FACT MANAGER RICK PERSONALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE A TERRIBLE EVENING EVEN WORSE, & THAT'S THE MOST DISAPPOINTING PART OF ALL, IS THERE ARE 100S OF OTHER RESTAURANTS WE COULD'VE GONE TO FOR COMFORT, AND THE ONE WE CHOOSE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE IT AWFUL. NO THANKS.

The Club Sandwich was nothing special. I expected something different from a specialty restaurant. Had I known, I would have ordered an awesome salad. The waiter was a little slow on refills.

Very good experience. The food was great. It looked like a five star hotel inside. The snickers cheese was the best cheesecake ever. Sara M. Is the best and most kind waitress. The pasta da Vinci was a clever name. Considering coming here for my birthday and that’s saying a lot.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
I was so excited to visit this place for so long but it turned out to be a bummer.
I am not even exaggerating. We had ordered factory nachos (pretty average), tomato basil and mozzarella flat pizza bread (a total miss), and french dip sandwich(decent), coffee and cheesecake were too good and the bill came out to be some $92 and I was pretty disappointed.
The place was jam packed but I still don't understand how. The atmosphere was depressing according to me.
Suggestion: Just go here for coffee and desert and not entree.
Vegetarian options: Not many options.

The last time I came here, I didn't have the best experience. I was with a large group and arrived after everyone had ordered, and so I asked to sit at a nearby booth and was told they wouldn't take my order because it would be too difficult for the waitstaff. I asked to order to-go and was told to go order by the entrance. I tried to do that and they still seemed like I couldn't order food, only dessert, so I left without eating. This time I arrived late just like the last time, and they let me order like it was no problem at all. Raphael was our waiter and he was very accommodating.
