Not too busy on a Friday night, there were 8 of us and we were seated rather quickly. Food was good too. Everybody was able to get what they wanted. Rio was included with the large party so that was easy

I received a gift card from my daughter for Christmas and I was so excited to finally go for the first time . Everyone kept telling me how good the food is, me and my fiancé ordered the pizza chicken parmesan and it literally was soaking in grease and also didn’t realize that it was some kind of minced flattened chicken. When the waiter asked how everything was we had told them about it and was offered a free piece of cheesecake. My daughter had asked how we liked the restaurant and kinda lied to her because I didn’t want her to feel bad.

Amazing food and service! Always has a crowd i mean come on the cheesecake too. Has something for everyone cocktails are refreshing. Employees are so nice and professional. Perfect place for any occasion. Even when there is a wait we are okay with that because we understand the experience here is in high demand.

One server managing too many tables. In the bar section. Not only was there no service but there were children screaming louder than the horrible music. Enough to ruin a perfect date night. All of the food was good, except for the “special” truffle fries; which were awful. Aside from these, the experience was mid because our server took forever to get to us. Food wasn’t bad tho. All in all not a birthday venue. 3/10

Shocked that not only did the price of the cheesecake go up by 4 dollars a slice but the size of the slices have decreased significantly! $12 for a slice half the size.

I was not impressed with the customer service at the biltmore Cheesecake Factory. I stopped by there Monday 12/22 and the gal walked away from the counter for 5 minutes then came back and took my order after which she stood there visiting and laughing with the other server for another 4-5 minutes before filling my order.

I won’t be back to this restaurant

Always loved it here even when it was planet hollywood restaurant back when that opened. I still love overly sized plates when two people could enjoy together falloeing nicely president for the food.

The service always been above and beyond whare i always tip the cooks waiter or waitress. Also, the hostess

Good cheesecake yum

I had a gift card for this place for a while now and decided to use it tonight. Our waiter Kyle B was okay, for some reason he would not clear our plates even though they have been sitting there for a while when our food came out I asked the nice lady who brought it out to take our plates which were the appetizer plates and bread basket. Our table was small so if it was bigger I would have left it. We also asked for more bread which was never brought. He also seemed more attentive to the other table by us and asked them if they needed something else but not us I wonder why.. the food was good and of course dessert was great maybe we will try it again another time and I will update the review but the service was not that great tonight.

Visited this location for Mother's Day and it was insanely busy! So many people waiting for a table.

The hosting staff was very helpful and kept families getting seated fast for how busy it was.

Our server was great. He had great jokes and was friendly. Great service.

Food was delicious per my family's review. They really enjoy the food here.
