I loved this place. They had London pride, Wells Bombardier, Old Speckled Hen on tap. I loved an Englush Bitter and they are rare and hard to find in proper shape if at all. Jvalso picked up my Tetleys and Builders tea, brabstons and marmite if I was running low. English pubs are a rarity here and it will be greatly missed.

This place is a North Phoenix gem. This is an English pub with great ambience and awesome food. The haddock and cod are brought in from Boston and always fresh. The fish is flaky and delicious every time.

The ONLY authentic English Fish and Chips in Phoenix! It's the best! Many other delicious and authentic English dishes/drinks and a small market. We all really hope you can survive the COVID recession and find a smaller, lower-cost location!

My father went in for fish and chips and said it was the worst he has ever had. The fish was extremely fishy and very, very greasy. He told the server he didn't care for it and they took it away and brought him a second type of fish, which was equally as bad. He shared he didn't care for it again, but just wanted his bill by now as he has been there OVER an hour. Then they charged him for both fish even though he didn't eat either and they took the first fish back to the kitchen. The service was really slow, such a shame since this place had been recommended to him (the friend said it was great years ago so he decided to give it a try now). Hopefully, the management can work to bring the level of food and service up again to what it was years ago.

OK, here we go again. Maybe 2 years ago I said I would never return as the prices were getting out of hand and the food not bad, but not great. Well, after a covid lockdown for 1 1/2 years, decided to give it a shot. Interesting that they advertised as requiring masks, but we were the only ones in the premises with them, and there was maybe 20 people plus staff. Anyway, ordered cod meals and mushy peas. If I thought it was pricey last time, well, they are up about 50% now, really. $69 for 4 fish and chips to go, and 3 mushy peas. Good God! The fish was generally ok, as usual, but mushy peas? No way. It was more like green soup and the containers were only half full ($10). Terrible. We can make better at home, which we will do as there is no way, I mean no way we will ever go back and this time I mean it. If I want good fish and chips, we will go to Pier 83.
I love coming to this place because they always have a great selection of British chocolates including hard to find Cadbury favorites in the Phoenix valley.

Family and I love this place, just wish we could go there more often! My 5yo loves the bangers and mash, eats 2 of them. The fish and chips are probably the best I get in Phoenix.

One star is even too much for this place . Greasy, unflavored food, and cold . Waited over a hour for food, and 30 minutes for drinks..owners and staff are very rude, slow and do not care about customers. If you like grease, being treated very poorly and microwave food, this is the place to go. Do NOT recommend, nor will we ever return. So incredibly disgusting .

Went here for Father's day. 1 server and 1 lazy kid doing nothing. We waited 15 minutes to get warm beers . Another 10 minutes to put in our order. After waiting over an hour for food 3 couples already were in and out . We decided to pay for the drinks and leave. The lazy kid asked why we were leaving and we game him our answer , he then proceeded to get rude . Some bald guy came our of the kitchen to see what was going on . The lazy kid explained. The bald guy told us to F off . I've never experienced such poor service and rude staff . Don't waste you time or money. There's better places in the area . I really, really hope this place closes there door , they don't deserve to be open and take people's money. Poor service and a crappy attitude.
