Staff was friendly and welcoming and friendly great customer service and drinks were great I’m not going to another coffee shop this will be my favorite coffee the coffee is so rich in flavors I ordered a large hazelnut iced latte / pure cookies 🍪 and cream / pure vanilla and a monster cookie my daughter enjoyed her drink that was refreshing and really good

I found the staff to be very standoffish. The weather is cool today, 60⁰, but it's probably about 55⁰ inside this location, ridiculously cold AC for the day. I will never revisit this location and may just avoid this company after the bad taste on my first visit here and I usually visit a lot of coffee shops frequently. Unsurprisingly, other than myself, the place is devoid of customers.

Place does not keep coffee supplies reachable to the guest, everything is behind counter, sugar, stirs, cream. They don't ask you if you need any unless you request. We ordered cappuccino not to hot and got exactly the opposite . It was boiling milk that killed taste of coffee . I asked for extra milk and tried to make it drinkable but it did not help. Young women ( had arm tattoos )that handed me milk was rude . Another lady that was taking orders / cashier made us 2 cappuccinos as i approached her and stated that our drinks were not made as requested. She was nice and coffee was better second time around . Place was very cold with doors open and not really inviting or cozy .

Wow!! First time customer and I waa very impressed with the drink menu. I got the mango green tea and it was super refreshing. I also really enjoyed the wide range of coffee selection. I ended up going for the dark chocolate iced coffee and it was soooo rich and super indulgent. A chocolate lovers dream!! I also picked grabbed an iced white mocha and my friend loved it.

There is a difference between a mocha and a latte. A mocha has chocolate. That's what mocha means, coffee combined with chocolate. A latte is espresso and milk with flavoring if you desire. This is something a barista should know.

Hey there! I didn't get the name of the barista working today, but she was very friendly and greeted me as I walked through the front doors. As I walked over to grab my Pick-up order, I was disappointed to see that it wasn't made like the pictured drink. Maybe she was busy, but its so noticeable I have to ask - can customers get consistency with the pictures? It felt pointless to ask for chocolate syrup, but it also felt pointless to point it out to an employee that she didn't make the drink right. I've had this drink countless times here before. I'm not sure why chocolate syrup is just suddenly missing? Or maybe they forgot to change the picture on the menu? Anyway, I might hesitate to order it again because if I do l, and it's like this again, I will definitely ask it to be remade. A little consistency would be nice. Thanks!

Went there for an ube matcha coz I saw on another review that they had it but they didn't. The strawberry matcha latte I got was mid - couldnt taste matcha when it was mixed so wish I didn't come out of my way for it. A little too much ice in my drink so it makes it feel like there wasn't much I was paying for.
