Coffee Builders is a great little coffee shop just south of Downtown Phoenix! The atmosphere inside it amazing and unexpected! The craft coffee beverages here were amazing and the presentation of them was above parr! It’s not your typical grab and go plastic cups, that’s for sure! While there we also tried the quiche, which was by far some of the best (non traditional) quiches I’ve had!
Parking: There is plenty of parking both along the lot on 7th Street as well as just behind the building!

My first visit to The Coffee Builders was super! Like a little jewel of a place in downtown PHX. Super cute inside from the decor and seating to lighting and even the restroom:-) My sandwich was anything but a typical chicken salad sandwich...Noble sourdough, gorgeous tomato slices, fresh greens...delish! Service was professional, friendly, and super efficient. And the coffee's outstanding. Someone special is paying attention to the details. Their glassware, utensils, and fancy paper plates elevated my whole experience. Can't wait to come back when it's cooler to hang on the patio.
