Food and service is consistently very very good. We really enjoy coming here alone or bringing guests. There is always something a little unique about each dish.

The Salmon Tartare was so fresh and vibrant, with ginger-soy and crisp Mama Lola’s chips. It struck that perfect balance of lightness and richness.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, but unfortunately this visit missed the mark. We always order the ribs, but this time they didn't seem fresh and were barely warmed—some parts were even cold, which made them pretty unenjoyable. The Brussels were still excellent, and dessert was great. Our server, Carley, was awesome as always!
Severely underrated restaurant in Scottsdale. Everything here was fantastic. The noble bread and butter was amazing, crispy on the outside hot in the inside with a yummy salty butter. The star was definitely the crabcake with side salad, it was filling and flavorful with lots of crab. The salmon was great too. We will definitely be back!

The customer service was incredible and so was the food! Love the neighborhood atmosphere!
Always great food and service. We were a party of 6 and ordered various appetizers and entrees, as well as a bottle of wine. Shrimp cocktail, salads, prime rib sliders, chicken, crab cakes. All very good. Our server was on point at all times. It can be quite noisy but last night was not bad. Will definitely return.
Underrated place for a regular weekly meal. Quality food. Clean atmosphere.

Always on point! We each had the 6 shrimp appetizer on the Happy Hour menu. Cooked perfectly and so tender. They give you 2 sauces, a spicy tomato based sauce and a lemony mayo based sauce - both delicious! My husband had the King Burger, which was spectacular but a tad messy. Our server gave him a wet napkin. for cleanup, which was very thoughtful. He ordered the peanut slaw for his side and was ecstatic. It was slightly sweet and spicy. I ordered the Ceasar salad with the salmon, both prepared to perfection. We ended with a slice of their Coconut Pie, which is our favorite. We can always count on Collins for a wonderful meal and evening!

Our favorites are the brussel sprouts, crab cakes and the prime rib on Friday. And oysters! Great date night spot❤️
Server forgot we ordered second bread. Server forgot to submit second round of ordered drinks. We had to go grab her when we wanted a third round. Usually I get great food and service but this time not so much
I love all the Coolins restaurants. They're always good with different menus at each spot.
Made to feel like having my young children with me was annoyance to staff and other guests, which was disappointing for many reasons but mainly because they have a kid menu and don't specify that young children aren't allowed.
Cool vibe... delicious meal and chocolate mousse pie for dessert!
