First time visiting this establishment. The food was sensational and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere is nice, quiet enough to be able to converse with friends at the table. I'll definitely be back.

Came.here for.happy hour. Attentive wait staff, I enjoyed the cocktails and the apps were generally good. The only one that stood out as not as good as the others was the Mac and cheese. But that's just me.
Definitely come back

Always a great experience! We enjoy introducing friends to the excellent food options and superb service at The Collins. We'd love to see one open on the West side of the Valley
A superlative dining experience. It's rare to find an establishment where one can say at the end of a 3 course meal that every part of the meal deserved an A++ rating. Collins deserves high praise for providing us with such delicious A++ comestibles and efficient service; oh and the cocktails were excellent, to boot!

High quality food well prepared and executed. Full bar. Patio seating is available both front and back. Lots of natural light. Great for business meals or a romantic night out.

Great evening for a birthday dinner! The birthday recipient got a box of seasonings and gift cards! We ordered the French Onion Soup, Mac and cheese, and Biltmore chicken. All delicious and then coconut cream pie! Everything was amazing and came out perfect! Drinks were also awesome. Great selection of wines, beers, and cocktails! This is one of my favorite places and I come very often!
We made our second visit (4 of us) to The Collins a couple of days ago. Our first visit was just a few weeks ago and I would have rated everything 4 & 5 stars. Our most recent visit was pretty much a disaster. We had 6:45pm reservations for 4 people and were promptly seated at a small round table right behind the hostess booth and the front door. It was nearly impossible to hear the waiter describe the specials because of the noise coming from the 8-top table next to us. We ordered a couple of bottles of wine, the nightly special, the nightly branzino fish special, and a large twisted noodle salad to split. Our waiter was courteous, but that’s the only thing we enjoyed. Our table was so small that when entrees arrived there was no room for them without removing the candle and the rest of the center items. The branzino was cooked with the skin on so it was way too fishy. The daily pizza special was literally soaked in what should have been “lightly drizzled” balsamic vinegar. The crust was completely soaked and the pizza actually dripped vinegar when I tried to pick it up. Our friend’s salad that they split was as good as always, but they too were totally upset about our seating and the fact that we couldn’t hear each other all night. We left a standard 20% tip but vowed not to return. Common Collins…we know you can do much better than this!

Excellent food! The drinks were the major disappointment. Despite a promising cocktail menu, the execution was poor—my Rye drink tasted overly sweet, and unbalanced. Even worse was the agonizingly slow service: our first round took 15 minutes to arrive, even though they were ( pre-batched) At $17 per cocktail, the bar program needs serious improvement—either retrain or replace the bartender—to match the otherwise excellent food and solid service.

For value per dollar, The Collins is the best restaurant in the Phoenix area. Service is absolutely flawless, with no bad experiences in several years. The food is always amazing and you never feel as though you paid too much for what you received. The cocktails are astonishing, from their regular items to their specials. Any time I need to entertain someone from out of town, I bring them here.
This is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. And they have beets!
