Cassandra Davis Cuisine is an absolute gem! I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing her food in a variety of locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona, at least four times and I was thoroughly impressed. The BBQ is incredibly flavorful, with a perfect blend of smoky goodness and mouthwatering tenderness. The brisket, oh my, it’s some of the best I’ve ever had—juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cassandra for years and I’ve never been disappointed. Everything she has prepared for me is amazing. Jambalaya, gumbo, breakfast tacos, you name it. Easily one of my favorite stops at the Uptown Farmers market. I recently had the brisket Mac and cheese and it’s another favorite. Great comfort food and everything is so filling.
