Worst Gelato! It was better when it was the "Original" Owner... Oh yes, they have Permanently closed this location... If you want to keep in the neighborhood go to Frost. If you don't mind driving, THE BEST IS THAT'S AMORE GELATO. They're at Hayden and Pinnacle Peak.

Damn good gelato plus free samples to try before you buy. A must go

I wish they actually honored their posted hours. Three times now they've been closed early -- twice when we stopped in and once when we tried to get delivery.

If you need a gelato fix this is the place. A very nice selection of flavors and a clean atmosphere.

I've never been here before and the parking in this place is so bad I had to walk a half mile just to get up to the front of the store. So instead of walking I just left and went to dairy queen instead !! I needed a handicap spot and there were none around, the only open spots were for pick up orders only! This is too bad they have to be in such a congested area

To be open and honest, this is the only place I get gelato. It's a neighborhood spot, in the same strip mall as Safeway's, a BBQ spot and a bank. This makes this location the best place to get gelato, IMO. It's connected to a coffee & tea shop and the seats in both locations are great for every body. This makes it ideal for stopping in for a bit of tea or a cuppa, then picking up a delicious cool treat before leaving. All without stepping out into the Phoenix summer heat. A couple of things: -there are a couple of great tasting sugar-free choices -the last two times we were there the music playing was Tejano or something like that and we did ask that the music volume be lowered.I don't mind hearing different music, I don't want it blasting while I'm having a conversation with someone. I'm still giving it a 5 because it's my place.

Gelato was amazing! I took my sister there because she's never been and she loved it!
Amazing young lady working this afternoon. Jenifer went beyond her job to make everyone to feel welcomed an attended to. She recommended the raspberry and roasted almond, best flavor combo! Would recommend the gelato spot to anyone

Good gelato, never stays open until their posted closing time.

Very poor service, we were asked to leave two hours before closing time even though when we called she said they would be open until 11pm. One of the flavors was off, but she seemed not bothered and didn't offer to not charge. $30 for 4 small size single scoops? I'm certain there are better gelato shops.

Had ice pieces of ice in the gelato, flavors were not great but maybe we chose poorly?
Hands down the best spot if you want gelato!
