This meal was absolutely delicious. We came into town on Chef’s Week just on accident. I had picked this place based off other reviews and I’m so happy I did. Two of our party ordered off the Chef’s Week menu.
My meal started with the Burrata. It was so fresh, light, and flavorful. It’s hard to say food has a temperature but it was just cool and refreshing. Perfect start!
For my main course I chose one of the specialties from the Chef’s Week menu. The Porcini-Parmesan Crusted Pork Spare Rib. When I say this is one the BEST dishes I’ve had in a while I mean it. The flavor explosion in my mouth was heaven. It’s what food dreams are made of. I will never forget the taste of this dish and the shock of satisfaction it produced. I have eaten at many fine dining restaurants and never been as impressed as I was with this dish. It was a true “Chef’s Kiss” and I am devastated to think I won’t be able to go back weekly for this meal.
For dessert I opted for the blueberry bread pudding. It was the perfect mix of tart and sweet without being overwhelmingly full of sugar. The buttermilk crème it was topped with was delicious.
Overall I HIGHLY recommend The Gladly. I’m so glad we were able to stop on our trip into Phoenix. I might need to visit again soon just to eat here. We did make a reservation for our visit so we did not experience a wait.

Great restaurant. Food selections are very nice. Tried this during Chef Week so there were a few extra offerings. We all got the pre-fix, short ribs, halibut and had wonderful drink options. Scotch and Bourbon options are endless! Service was fabulous. One mixup, the wrong meal was brought out to one of us but this was resolved very quickly. Delicious!

This was our 2nd time at The Gladly. Chef's Week enticed us to drive over from the west valley. The ambience strikes just the right casual, fun note. Service was warm and friendly. And the food was excellent! The sauce on the halibut was so good! Wish they were closer.

In the elevated seating area (up the stairs in the back) it was kind of warm temperature wise, if you could turn down the AC in that area it might help other guests.
I should have taken a picture before it was mixed but the Chopped salad is something I obsess over and crave all the time! It's SO good!

🐟 I had the Scottish Salmon for my entree. The beurre blanc was perfect and the fried capers added the perfect pungent twist.
☕ My husband got the coffee rubbed short ribs; I tried a bite and the flavor was so well complemented with the pomegranate BBQ sauce.
🍪 For dessert, the chocolate chip cookies were the perfect way to end the night!

The Gladly is always great. Consistently good food and service. Our server Baileigh (sp?) was great. There was a large party in the upper room and the curtains were open to the dining room. It was very loud.
