I visited The Grand on June 21, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drinks were overpriced, and I found them to be lacking in strength, which made the high prices even harder to justify. Additionally, the bartender was not particularly friendly, which added to the overall negative vibe of the place. Despite the pub's atmosphere, the combination of expensive and weak drinks, along with unwelcoming service, made for a less than satisfying visit. I don't think I would return in the future.

It was packed on 12-29-24, a Saturday night, so much so that ppl couldnāt walk through. Their last call was a little before 2am and they closed at 3, and after last call they came around collecting all drinks even if we werenāt finished. Although the music was good, I would personally only go back when I know itās not going to be extremely packed

So there was this super charismatic woman in the VIP section, right? She had this bold neck tattoo that just screamed confidence. She was kind of like our own superhero, making sure we stayed hydrated all night. Honestly, it was like she was dedicated to our well-being or something. When my friend had one too many and was being a bit stubborn about leaving, she swooped in with all the grace in the world and offered to call an Uber for us. Seriously, she was like our savior haha! Like dammmn!!Ā Her presence was no joke, either. She managed our little area with such skill it was like she had done it a million times before. We tried to tip her to say thanks, but she just waved it off, saying, āNah, this is my job. Keep your money, but thanks for the thought!ā Her customer service skills were off the charts. I mean, she made funny jokes... We will definitely be returning to this place because even though it was jam packed like sardines our VIP spot felt just right we were able to dance and I even seen her telling the bartender to maintain her spot she would walk us our stuff!! I can't believe she wouldn't take my money that's all girls usually want for me ROTFL! Thanks throat tat girl we give the atmosphere and vibes a 1000/10 any day!!!

The decor and cocktails are amazing! BUT They have two DJ's on at the same time and it sounds horrible. Or maybe they have a broken sound system? The night started out amazing then we had to take ladies night elsewhere.
They took a cool, unique cultural hotspot in the downtown area and turned it into a standard club. It used to be the only place you could work, snack, drink, and socialize late at night - people are saying it was a change in ownership that shifted the business from filling a need of the community to greedy business goals. The club is nothing special, you're better off going to one of the better downtown venues for blaring music and expensive drinks on a night out.

This December we had the incredible opportunity to work with the Grand to host our end of the year formal and award ceremony. I cannot express enough gratitude for the consideration and thoroughness of the staff to help us execute a seamless and magical evening. They took me on a tour to explain the pricing and food options a few weeks prior to the event and then on the day of, they beautifully laid out the spread and helped us set up our sound and presentation for the ceremony. Iām also a vegetarian and was very grateful that they had plenty of options for me as well. The venue is astounding, the staff was very helpful, and all 100 attendees of our event only had good things to say about their night. Couldnāt be happier to have worked with the Grand and look forward to more collaborations in the future!

La gringa en la salida es una verdadera estrella de rock. No solo abre puertas y cuenta chistes, sino que tambiĆ©n tiene un corazĆ³n de oro: incluso le trajo a mi amigo borracho agua extra y tomĆ³ una foto de grupo de nosotros.
