Self service kiosks available but my order somehow got mixed up. The text message stated that you will get a text once the order is ready, WRONG! I approached the counter to find out how much longer. The girl behind the counter passing out the orders quickly handed off my problem to one of the ladies working the grill, who came to assist the line of people waiting to order. She must have been in charge because she did just that, took charge! Although it was an absurd amount of time to wait for my order, she absolutely offered some Char tickets for the inconvenience, most appreciated as customer service is priority in my book! 💯 Hopefully the next visit goes better 🤞🏻

Ordered fries “For Here” Saw my fries sitting on the counter for like 6 min, just waiting for them, like all they had to do was set it on the counter, not hard at all, guess they wanted to make sure they were extra soft and stale before I got them. Then, the lady literally picks up my fries and stuffs them into a paper bag, for my dine-in order. Yoo what are you doing ??? Never again.

I love the variety of this place. When I want chicken, but the kids want burgers everybody gets what they want. Service is always friendly. We had a miss order once(our mess up) and it was corrected Immediately with no drama. The tempura green beans are a nice twist instead of French fries. We prefer their shakes to almost any other restaurant. Especially the chocolate.

The food is always cooked fresh when we order. No cooked burgers sitting in a tray!! And the green beans are DELICIOUS!! But, the burger wrapping needs to be larger. By the halfway point of eating, the burger is barely contained by the wrapper.

The food is good, but the location is subpar. The last few orders have consistently been missing upcharged sides and toppings with no communication that they ran out with still being charged the extra cost. This last visit had a high dollar value ratio worth of extra upcharged items missing. Since it was ordered through the app, they said they couldn’t do anything in store. This was the last straw for this location for me.
