I think they have the best tasting burgers in the state. Fast serve. I didn't wait long for my food and it was hot fresh and awesome. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it is EXPENSIVE! $35 for 2 hamburgers and fries! That hurts the wallet.

Absolute garbage!!! Pay for food delivery through their website and missing over have my food!!! Try to contact store and get routes to a central number that says sorry we don’t handle that we just handle to go orders. Website is of no use and the store pocketed over $60. Such frauds!!!

I'm telling you i've never been more disappointed in an Drive through ever. it took 19 minutes from the time. I paid for my food at the window before somebody came back to the window and gave me my food. that have been sitting on the table. They didn't add anything to it. it's disgusting. The food is cold as s***. I'm furious. I wasted half of my freaking time off for lunch. Not to mention everyone ahead of me. Had to wait like 10 minutes each too. get your s*** together. this is garbage.Pay $17 for a combo that is freezing cold by a time. You get it because they don't know what the h*** they're doing.o not go to this place.

I usually like this chain but this specific location always gets the order wrong. In this last visit we ordered extra crispy fries with extra salt because they normally dont season them we got regular soggy fries. I paid for 4 extra ranches as dips and didnt get them. the lettuce for the salad was brown and old. Probably the last time we order from this location. Its not a wonder why its completely empty during dinner time.

I'm a bit late in writing this review, but we came here in August (read: HOT as balls outside) for some burgers. The burgers were good, nothing to really complain about there. The problem was the place didn't have a/c. Not sure if it was just broken or what, but they made it seem like it was normal. It must have been a good 90 degrees in there, and humid, too. Before our burgers arrived I was sweating bad. Eating in that kind of heat is miserable. And I wasn't about to eat outside where it was 112 degrees, either. I used to think Honey Bears BBQ on Central was hot until I ate here. LOL

Had to walk past mop bucket to get food. Some booths had crumbs on seats even with hardly any customers there. Food was alright.

Ordered to go. Got back to work the order was wrong. Went back. Got back to work the hamburger wasn't cooked. Won't ever go back. Terrible!

TO the Business Manager. Why are you just being apologetic when time after time, the same complaints are posted? I now for the third time am bringing the same issue up with this location. Bumping small orders to the end to compensate the larger orders coming in. This is by design. Your staff are nice but are doing your dirty bidding. The cook is by order moving over the small order as mine has been to make the larger. I wind up after 20-30 minutes having to be told " I am sorry" with no explanation. I wind up leaving and the hassle of getting my money back. Should I get a picket line of other people with similar complaints to march in front of your business? Get your act together and stop the selective order picking. Yes you BM.. You are the problem.
