Third time in a row staff cleaning up restaurant before closing.....dumping ice tea....worker looked at me like she didn't understand when I said something. It's called customer service. Plenty of non-customer areas to clean that don't impact customers WHILE U R STILL OPEN. I guess I need to go somewhere else that actually appreciates customers enough to serve them until close.....

My coworkers and I have frequented this restaurant a few times and we have had nothing but Great Food and Excellent Service. I believe the Manager "Ericka" has helped us, she is not only Beautiful but is so helpful and makes sure everything is taken care of properly and keeps the place clean and top-notch. We only work in the office on Wednesday's but will eat here for lunch as much as possible.

Pretty clean and very delicious. Spanish speaking cashier got my friends order wrong but they fixed it giving her a new burger and let her keep the wrong one too. Nice place

Habit on Glendale Ave in Phx adds a new twist to fast food. Their deep-fried green beans with hot sauce is a winner, and the sauces on the sandwiches makes them come alive. Eating the sandwichs is a little messy....but you can wash up after devouring this savory concoction on a bun. When their milk shake machine is going, the hershey chocolate shake is a delectable complement to the sandwiches. But....mgmt needs to get their act together and get the machine working again!!! Atmosphere is ok....it will not awe you but it is clean and fresh feeling. I'm giving this great little place only 3 because their milk shake machine has been out for too long.

I love habit, been eating there with friends in Santa Barbara for years. This isn't quite the ambiance of next to the railroad tracks in SB but still the same quality.

Slow service (although friendly), fries cold even though they had to make our burgers. The order was also wrong even though it wasn't busy. Won't go back poor quality for a higher quality price.

Okay So......there is a reason they have 4.5 stars! This Habit is the one. Everytime we come here it is CLEAN, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Bryce came to our table even to see if the food was good or if we needed anything. After we were finished eating he offered to throw away our trays of food. Great hospitality and we felt like we mattered.Keep up the good work Bryce.

Been going here for a good while now. Good food honestly the burgers and the other sides besides the regular fries are amazing. The fries itself are just a bit too salty and not my favorite in my opinion.

One month. Still waiting for my $51 dollar refund. They sent me a DM promising follow up; twice. Still nothing . When they answer these reviews ; are they just blowing smoke??or will i ever see my refund? Pretty sad since my kids love the food and I continue to give then regular business.
This is the best Habit! The burger is fully cooked, the fries and green bean fries are hot and crispy. Good job!

On 1/1/2023 the website showed Habit Burger was open. Placed order online & they took $53.99 from my credit card . Drove to E Cactus location to find it closed. Sent email to customer service a week ago & received response promising an agent would get back to me. Since then they have ghosted me . received nothing. They don’t answer follow up emails. Whats up with that?

Burgers are great, cashiers and supervisors have 0 logic. Don’t serve a burger if it isn’t complete, not good enough; but completely what the customer ordered.
