Truly, one of the worst “fast food” experiences ever. No one in line in front of me, yet it took 14 minutes for them to cook a burger. The burger itself was fine, medium size, smaller than Red Robin, maybe comparable to something from McDonald’s. Quite frankly in and out is better and a whole lot faster. If you have a lot of time to spare you’ll be fine here.

This place was my favorite place just down the street from me was very convenient for me on the go. Noticing the food quality and taste is starting to change it like whataburger now 🤮 i never get the food without salt and it tasted good but now they are trying to cover it up with salt so you won't noticed how nasty it will taste. Also No More Sweet Potatoes Fries. WHY did they discontinued it???!!! Only place that has it??

Restaurant was clean and staff were all great. I think the bugers were a bit over cooked.
Went to eat with a buddy of mine food was great. Efficient service and the manager Kyle was extremely friendly thank you.

Do not go to the habit grill located at 530 W McDowell Rd in Phoenix, AZ late on a weekend!! We got in late from the airport and hadn't eaten all day. Online it states that this habit grill is open until 11pm on Saturdays. The store window lists the hours as being open until 11pm. We tried placing an online pick-up order as we were heading over, but it suddenly shut down as we were about to pay for the order at 10:20 pm. We arrived at 10:25pm and it looked like they had just begun closing as there were still people eating inside. The doors were locked when we arrived. Attempted to see if someone would help us and they just ignored us. The staff obviously decided to close earlier than posted. I wonder if the owner is even aware they are doing this. Wasted our time heading over and now it's too late to go elsewhere before other places close. Extremely frustrating!

Absolutely disgusting as I ordered a hamburger plain well done and they sent out a hamburger with everything so I watched them instead of making a new hamburger. They wipe off the old hamburger and put it on a different button. I walked out without eating anything from That disgusting dump stay away Who knows what else they’re doing

Food is super good but I was super disappointed because I ordered an oreo shake and they’re forgot to give me it. Tried calling to receive a refund or try to see if I could return tomorrow for it but theres no one to talk to, its an automated system.
