My experience was interesting. I specifically went to Habit Burger because I received a Birthday offer for a FREE Charburger. Being that I normally spend almost $18.00 for a meal I thought I would take advantage of it. I pulled into the drive through and there was no MENU. I pulled up to the speaker and was told drive through is for orders placed on line. I was baffled. My order was taken but I was pre- warned to go inside to place an order next time. I did also let the teller know I had a Birthday coupon for a FREE Charburger which the coupon stated I could use it for a veggie burger. I paid for sides and a drink. While waiting for the order I reviewed the receipt and noticed I was charged an extra dollar for the veggie patty. I brought it to the teller's attention and showed him the Birthday offer details. He stated he had no way to return the dollar thru the register. He didn't offer to take a dollar off of my sides or anything, just stated there was nothing he could do. I felt like it was false advertising. The food was delicious and they did place my order so I did give ***. It was only a dollar but it was the whole point. 40th St/ Bell Rd location. PHX, AZ.

Pleasantly surprised to stop in and find this Habit burger not only spotless but also everyone was very friendly. The burgers are delicious including the onion rings with buttermilk ranch. The variety of limeades and lemonade was a nice option too. We dined in and the service was fast. We will be back.

Overall: I should start just going to birdcall. Atleast there I dont feel completely nickle and dimmed on stupid stuff.
I typically love the food, but I wish they put a bit more onion rings and use bigger ranch. The ranch fee is more annoying, but understandable, however, give us more of it! Being nickle and dimmed like this for so little is legit just irritating.
Increase the cost of the onion rings or something.
Once again, not saying you cant charge for ranch, but increase the container.

I went to lunch with my mom, and while the place was clean and spacious, we encountered some issues with our order. They got mine wrong—I requested no lettuce, and the burgers were smaller than I remembered. Unfortunately, the buns were stale, and the burgers lacked seasoning. The only fresh items we had were the onion rings and French fries. The onion rings were crisp and delicious, although they would have been even better with more salt. The restaurant was not crowded during our visit.
The service was pretty average when they took our order. I remembered visiting for the first time in 2020, and the sandwiches were far more delicious back then. Overall, it was nothing special this time.
