Burger was good but fries were terrible. Went thru the line again to have them remake them and got these. Ended up with a cold burger after all that. Never get the combo just the burger or Will just do whataburger instead.

Update: thought I’d try this place again because the burger was at least good last time but they burned the top and bottom of the bun so I had to once again get back in that long line to get my money back. Definitely not coming back ✌🏼

I placed a mobile order and never received a text confirming my order was ready. I had waited for a half an hour in the parking lot since i didnt even know the drive thru was mobile order only. When i finally received my order with my drinks the employee said he didn’t know what was what. By the end of this experience my drinks are flat and my food was cold.

Burnt chicken nuggets like if reheated !! Burger super sloppy mad shredded lettuce that looks old and fries were old as well especially for the price this is wild . I rather go to Carl’s Jr next door honestly!!!!!!

potato fries were ugly and soggy, i asked for no blu cheese in my salad and still got blu cheese. They didn't give us all our fries with our meals and no sauces or dressing for our salads. I tried to call the number on the receipt and it doesn't allow you to speak to anyone
