Burnt chicken nuggets like if reheated !! Burger super sloppy mad shredded lettuce that looks old and fries were old as well especially for the price this is wild . I rather go to Carl’s Jr next door honestly!!!!!!

potato fries were ugly and soggy, i asked for no blu cheese in my salad and still got blu cheese. They didn't give us all our fries with our meals and no sauces or dressing for our salads. I tried to call the number on the receipt and it doesn't allow you to speak to anyone

Came at 9:07pm , website says closes at 10:30pm. Upon arrival to place my order they told me they were closed and not taking any orders. I drove 20min! When I was exited all the teenagers were laughing in the lobby , horrible customer service !! ?

We bought two burgers, fries and onion rings on 7/6 at the Laveen location. The fries were reheated, the onion rings burnt and the burgers tasted as if the cooks poured a ton of salt on the onions and bun and soaked the burgers in salt water. For the price we pay, it was the worse meal we have had. Very disappointing.
