I understand a business is a business, however asked for a water cup (has I was picking up an order) and was denied a cup however cashier told me she can sell me a cup for 3 bucks, it isn’t much but who denies a cup of water now days? Specially in AZ, no one should denied a cup of water.

Gave this place another try because of the mail coupons they sent. The food is not bad. Everything else is bad (Out of a lot of things and unwilling to help make it better). Just endure the crowd at in-n-out a mile away, there’s a reason this place is going to be out of business soon.

This was my second time giving The Habit burger
another chance, and unfortunately, they failed again. I ordered inside using the kiosk by the door, and it didn’t print a receipt. Even though I placed my order before several people, six others were able to order at the counter and received their food before I did.

When I went to the front to ask about my order, they had trouble finding it. The employee told me he’d check on it, but forgot—and when I finally got my food, it was completely cold. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for 20+ minutes.

I asked to speak with the manager, Frank, who told me he couldn’t issue a refund without a receipt. I even showed him the $15.04 charge on my bank app, but he still refused and only offered a voucher. That makes no sense—if they batch their reports nightly, they should be able to look up the transaction and refund it properly.

After going back and forth for a few minutes, I decided to leave. This experience is unacceptable. The way they handle customers and basic service issues is completely disappointing. I tried giving them a second chance, and they completely fumbled again. I recommend avoiding this location.

The food is great, as always! If going through the drive-thru it's suggested you settle in for a possible wait that strives to live up to or exceed that of a sit down restaurant. As I type this, I waited 15 minutes AFTER ordering to get my food. It should be also noted, there was only one car in front of me and they were waiting longer than I since it took me 2-3 minutes to figure out my order.

30 mins wait for fast food… I wouldn’t care if they were chill and gave me some extra fries but they took forever and I was the only person there. Food was solid but killed the entire meal by the workers. Not that they care but I won’t come back😂

Went today for lunch. Second time ever eating here. Watched the lady who was cooking use old patties with cheese from behind counter with new patty to make 4 double burgers today. Top patty was hot, bottom patty was old and cold in the middle. Threw away and left. Fries were cold and tasted of old bitter oil. Was there between 11am-12pm 11/7 with work employees. 3 of 5 of us didn’t finish food.

I used to come here for French Fries, usually going through the drive thru. One day I went inside the restaurant and it was the last time I went. The cashier was the same person handing out food. She took my cash, was touching her eyes, tucking her hair back behind her ears and then would throw a napkin over the food to serve it, no gloves, no hand washing. I was disgusted. Never again.

This is a review in my experience over the past two days. I came to this location for food as I was on this side of town yesterday. Placed a mobile order and showed up a few minutes early. The pick up time was for 3:54pm and I was waiting there for 20min for some chicken bites, as my burger was sitting there getting cold. Spoke to the manager and got $40 worth of vouchers to use the next time I go to a Habit location cause they make it impossible to get a refund. Only for the vouchers to not work because, now today, I went to get lunch for my wife at The Habit, and the manager at the location in Laveen Village said they can only use vouchers that were signed by the Manager of the location and he only signed one and stapled the other 3 together. Then told me I would have to waste more gas and time going to that location to get them signed by the manager. So in short, I spent $20+ for cold food, and then another $30+ for my lunch that should have been free for the issues I already had and on top of that the order at Laveen Village was made incorrect! Horrible service to where I dont even want to eat or recommend this place anymore. Not that it matters to a corporation.

We waited for an hour and when we finally got out food it was cold and the fries were hard and it was just disgusting I don't recommend eating here and I never want to come back
