Im literally so mad and this happens too often... the flavor never makes it in my cold brew... I ask for flavor and i take a drink and its just coffee.. literally way to expensive of coffee to be screwing up this often... the only person who has made my drink right is the person who puts drizzle of pumpkin on the top... Im never coming here again for my coffee

Love the flavor of the coffee. Line was ling due to being short staffed. The 2 people in shift were happily making all the orders as quickly as they could. Provided excellent service under strained circumstances.

I REALLY dislike always being asked for a tip BEFORE I even get my order! As a consumer, this pushes me to spend my dollar where a tip is based on merit not expectation! Grrrr!

Really nice people working here, at least the two I encountered! But it felt cumbersome and maybe a little rushed ordering through the drive thru when I hadn’t been here before. I didn’t see cappuccino on the menu. Ordered a chai latte & from the taste it seemed to be made from a powder not a steeped chai tea, and as a result overpriced and didn’t sit well with my stomach. My husband had the Snowy and he said it was okay. We tried the maple waffle sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches; they were all right.
I drive out of my way to come here. I love their shaken espresso, and you can just tell it's made with love lol compared to the starbucks across my job. My first time ever trying this spot and they're always so friendly. Love that the Pumpkin flavor is year-round

This place is horrible I got an iced coffee that was lukewarm and water down I asked for more ice they refused to give me a second cup then poured out 1/2 my all ready water down cup to add ice the lid’s leaking and the cup was so sticky it had a hair stuck to the side will never go back
