I love this location but could improve.
They have really good coffees such has their big muddy coffee! The others are okay. They offer a variety of smoothies, refreshers, some Breakfast food, and of course their coffee. I love that they give you a chocolate covered coffee bean! It’s delicious!

This place is kind of an enigma to me. There are so many positive reviews. The coffee is not great, but we’ll go for cold drinks once in a blue moon. But it’s like every other time, they’re out of stuff. Like today… How do you run out of Italian sodas? You have all these posters, advertising your Italian and dirty sodas. You mean all of your flavor syrups are all gone all at the same time? She said that she had just run out. Certainly they weren’t out of sparkling water. I just don’t get it.

I’ve been going to the human bean for years. This location is awful.. the inconsistency in coffee is wild. I order the same thing everyday and it’s completely different every time. This morning the barista decided to put cinnamon all over the top of my coffee…. Why would you put cinnamon all over the top?? It got chunky and wasn’t able to drink it. When I pay 10 dollars for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be right. I call back and explain that I’m at work now, and am unable to come in today. I asked if I can come back tomorrow.. they said absolutely not. Has to be same day. Well you folks just lost a good paying customer. DO BETTER!!

This parking lot is horrible. I was driving through trying to figure out where to order from and another car going way too fast nearly ran into us. The smoothie was good, but I would avoid this location again for fear of getting into an accident.
