Update: I emailed like i was advised in the message below and there was no response. So i guess this company does not care how serious this was. And what could of happened. So i filed a complaint with BBB.
On Sunday I ordered a butter pecan mocha latte. They said they can only do a 20 Oz drink i said ok. Got to the window was given the wrong total 18.00 then I said I only ordered a drink. The new total was 6 dollars. I left the line took a drink and it was a pumpkin drink. Totally different from what I ordered. The big thing is i am allergic to pumpkin. I went to the window to tell them. No manager there. They didn't even make my drink. Until I complained about receiving the wrong drink. They said oh do you still want your drink. Yeah i want the drink i paid for. While waiting there were flys all over the cups they make the drink with. I ended up throwing the drink away cause how dirty this place was. There excuse for everything was there training someone. So it ok to give a unacceptable service, be dirty, No apology no standards no nothing.

This coffee shop is hands down the best company ive ever given my money to. The workers are all so amazing to me and my children. They recognize my order so much to the point that I broke my leg and have been Door Dashing my coffees and THEY KNOW ITS ME. So ive been receiving sweet little notes on my coffee lids. Its the highlight of my mornings. Thank you Hunan Bean family for giving me a support system and community in this very lonely time.

Ever since I decided to boycott Starbucks for taking political stances I do not agree with, I’ve been really missing a good peppermint mocha/white mocha. Human Bean is actually better, and does not meddle in political and/or controversial affairs. Cheers!

I used to come here often as it’s close to my home but bad customer service is a deal breaker for me. Good news is, there is a Starbucks, Dunkin and a Blackrock within a mile or so from here.✌️

This place used to be really good, so much so it was our go to spot for coffee. Unfortunately I can’t say the same anymore. My last 3-4 visits the drinks have been terrible. I usually get a Dirty Chai Latte and a Mexi Mocha but it seems they started to cut corners and cheap out. The coffee tastes burnt and old and quite frankly it just taste like it’s been heavily watered down (so bland). For a $9 dollar cup of coffee I’d take my business elsewhere…it’s unfortunate.
Hailee was so nice and friendly. Made it worth coming back! This will be my go to coffee spot from now on!
