Original review: What's going on here? Yesterday afternoon and now today right now (6:10pm) as I type I have been asked to hold but never returned to and asked for an order? They never said they were temporarily closed, but simply left to hang for 7+ min. I'm driving off a second time. Same thing happened to car before me it seems. When I drove by the window to take a picture, there was a girl inside. Blinds down. I don't understand.

I don't like to leave reviews but this one was very disappointing. Listen you don't tell customers to wait a moment and you will get back to me to place an order and then wait 5 minutes and then I had to drive around to get their attention again. When I drive to the window to place an order there. I notice that you are hiding from me (the customer) I work a late night shift and I wanted to place a company order not a huge order but for a group of colleagues. Also I've come here many times little after 6pm and you are always open. it was just tonight you decided to hide and wait it out till your shift ended. I like this human bean i will still support but it was just only tonight you didn't have to do what you chose to do.

After a 20 wait in line at the drive through, the girl at the window didn't even say hello. She was looking at her tablet, looked up and asked "what did you order?" "Oh, okay" "how are you paying?"
Gave us our order "have a nice day" turning around so we saw her backside for the last words.

If You’re ordering the bright energy. Order the 20 oz. It’s the same amount of “energy” as the 32oz. They just add more ice into the bigger cup.
Doesn’t make sense to charge more if there’s not more “energy” 🤷🏻♀️
I asked for “less ice” and this is how it was given to me.
I’ve been to The Human Bean a few times, but I don’t think it’s my go-to spot anymore. While the coffee is good, I’m already paying $7+ for a drink, and it seems like they still expect a tip on top of that. If I don’t tip, some of the baristas make it pretty obvious they’re disappointed, which can make the experience uncomfortable.
I understand tipping, but I don’t feel it should be expected every time, especially at this price point. For now, I think I’ll stick with Starbucks, where I can enjoy my coffee without feeling pressured to add extra just to get good service.

DONT GO HERE!!! They tipped themselves, I came here earlier today with my partner. And got two drinks and remember giving my card to a younger girl with curly hair. She had told me the total . And then gave me the drinks and my card back . Later on today I saw what was charge. And looks like a totally different number of what I was told. I tried calling them at first but no one had answer . So I stopped by and ask another girl how much for the 2 drinks. She told me the total and it's totally a different price from what was charge . She said maybe the card "tapped" the tip option . But didn't giving me any options how we could resolve the issue. Becareful who you buy from. Definitely this place is a big no for me for pulling that stunt.
