Bella was so friendly and welcoming. She was working alone on a busy Saturday morning and we were honestly shocked. she handled everything like a pro and even made our morning better with her positive attitude. We ordered our fav caramel granitas and they were delicious. Idk how she did it but it was legit the best coffee I’ve had in a long time! I really hope Bella’s manager sees this review because she absolutely deserves a raise for holding down the shop by herself. She did an amazing job!

Drinks are great. People are horrible. There was no line is the drive thru, just one car at the box. The girl was working by herself. There were 5 other cars that came through the drive thru before another employee showed up to the location and took my order. I arrived to the location a few minutes before 4:30, and it’s now 4:59 as I’m writing this review and still haven’t received my drink…. I get that places get busy, but there zero attempt to great people in the order they arrived at the location. When I brought it to the person who showed up later she became rude with one word answers and rolling her eyes while I was trying to talk to her. I’m completely shocked

Camera's need to be check 12/22/25 6:35pm girl snatched my wife's card out her hand, slamming things inside, gave her the wrong drinks and slammed the window, girl needs to be fired!!! On top of that she waited at the window 10 minutes prior while be ignored before being answered at the walk in entrance window. Music insanely loud purposely ignoring my pregnant wife. When she tried to get her drink switched for the ones we ordered she said we're closed at 6:45pm and they dont close til 7pm. Worst experience in my entire life and wondering if legal action can be pursued at this point.

The worker here on 12/22 at 6:36PM was so rude the screen at the window was down it says knock on the window if wee don't see you when we pulled up there were no cars so maybe someone came in after she snatched the card out of my hand and I saw her slam the syrup down and shake her head she was so rude when I walked away she slammed the window both drinks were wrong and did not taste good I didn't even feel comfortable I went back to window knocked 4 or 5 times she had her music up and I called she told me sorry our walk up window is closed right now at 6:46PM.

Just got a simple iced mocha. Someone must have screwed it up because it was disgusting. I dont even mind plain coffee. This tasted like they used urine or something to make it, not that I'd know what that tastes like. Very irritating because I left a tip, but I am in a hurry to get to work, so I can't go back.

Went through the drive-thru, ordered an $8 drink, I asked for water at the window as I waited for my drink (already paid), and to my surprise, they charge for TAP WATER, felt so out of pocket bc the initial amount was 50 cents but because I wanted a large 80 🤡. The price is beside the point, it’s the principle charging for TAP WATER in Arizona is criminal, especially in 100+ degree weather.. more like the Inhumane Bean 💀. Will not be supporting ✌🏻, such a shame
